It's hard to believe the year is already over. It's certainly been an interesting one. We've seen some high-profile debuts and some unfortunate retirements. Now as always with my yearly retrospective posts, I'm gonna begin with my winners and losers. I'm not judging my choices based on things like sales or chart rankings, but rather on the quality and quantity of their output throughout the year. I will factor in popularity a bit, but it's not the most defining factor. This list is mainly a personal list so don't be offended if your favorites don't make the cut. In addition to this, I'm gonna feature a few actresses that I think are ones to watch out for in 2026. They could easily find their way onto my 2026 winners' post next year. Now, let's get started with my winners list. The first choice isn't likely to surprise anyone...

A big booba actress being the first winner to kick off my list? What a shocker, huh? In all seriousness, I think Noa has earned her right to be here. I had high hopes for Noa going into 2025. She took a hiatus in the latter half of 2024 to get some work done and shed some weight. When she finally resumed shooting, she remarked that she received more offers than ever before. So naturally, I was expecting big things going into the new year, and I wasn't disappointed. The facial work took a bit to get used to but I think it's settled in pretty well. And her breasts did take a hit from the weight loss at first but gradually over time she got meatier again. Now those tits are nearly back to their prime.

There's zero doubt that she's rocking one of the best set of natural tits in the game right now. And we saw plenty of them this year thanks to her feverish output. From January to December, she was constantly releasing new films as a freelancer. And Noa wasn't lying about receiving a ton of offers as she got off to a hot start with some big-name studios such as Moodyz, Madonna, Das, and Kawaii, just to name a few. She would slow down a bit but still kept her fans pleased with at least a few new releases every month. Noa would also partake in several collabs throughout the year showcasing her bright and cheerful vibes alongside tackling some new themes such as bukkake and lesbian. I can't wait to see what's in store for next year!

Mina Kitano went against the grain and became a full-on freelancer about halfway through the year. Before this, she was tied down to Fitch and Honnaka. Exclusivity is always the safer and more reliable option these days so it was a bit surprising to see Mina go this route. But so far the results have been fruitful. For Mina's sake, she's been a steady force on the sales charts. Since she started freelancing, she's consistently secured a spot in the top 20 and even cracked the top 10 a few times each month. Now as such with freelancers, her output can be hit or miss. But thankfully, the duds are few and far between.

Her releases have been steady with plenty of top-tier studios such as Moodyz, Fitch, and Das just to name a few. She even opened up her bootyhole for her first few anal releases. It's not entirely my thing but any avid anal fan should be pleased. Her body is also in solid shape too. A little more weight would be nice as is on the skinny trend but the results still look damn good in all honesty. That slim waist combined with her bolt-ons makes for a stunning sight. It really complements her more outwardly slutty performance style perfectly. You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone better at it than Mina. She completely owns the scene when she's on with her lewd facial expressions and expert hip grinding. Mina is showing no signs of slowing down either. 2026 could be a wild year for her and I'm all for it.

Talk about a turnaround. Just last year, she was one of my biggest losers of 2024. Nearly all her releases were mediocre and offered little spice. I guess Momona took that personally because she massively stepped up her game in 2025. She had a few fantastic releases to start the year, such as START-254 with its genius casting of her as a busty girl-next-door type. However, that's not all, as she also expanded her horizons into new genres and fetishes.

Momona took on gangbangs, bukkake, cum swallowing, and even her first lesbian film with her idol, Hibiki Otsuki. It was extremely refreshing. She even got to play a J-pop idol in one of her late-year releases, fulfilling a dream of hers in a way as she always wanted to be a singer. It's a massive improvement over her lackluster 2024, which was filled with nothing but mediocrity. And she's still in great shape physically with her plump curves and big tits. I greatly appreciate that she didn't undergo any extreme weight loss. Let's hope Momona continues her hot streak into the new year.

They still retained their great shape and are incredibly plump. But her ass was the biggest beneficiary of her weight gain by far. She upgraded from a small wagon to a full-size caboose. Her ass is huge now with its rounded shape and Yui's naturally wide hips. She is the epitome of "dummy thick" now and I absolutely love it. Yui easily has one of my favorite bodies in all of JAV. My one minor hangup is that I wish she'd receive more offers from mainstream studios. She is releasing some quality works still but I can't help but miss the bigger name studios. I want to see her with the likes of Moodyz and especially Fitch. She'd fit in there like a glove. If she can manage to solidify her output a bit more, 2026 could be a banger year for her. Nearly two decades in and she's still rocking it, much respect.

Jun Megami really came out of nowhere and blew me away this year. I honestly wasn't even aware of her until several months ago when I ran into a clip of hers. I was immediately hooked and have been a fan ever since. Obviously, a big reason for that is her magnificent figure. That super slim waist combined with her perky chest is just incredible making for some stellar eyecandy. Speaking of which, she's rocking a killer pair of tits. They're likely augmented but still look amazing regardless. Super perky and well-shaped without suffering too much from that stiff bolt-on look. She's also quite the looker and boasts a decent booty to boot. Just a banging body all around.

But I think what impresses me the most is her remarkable acting ability. For being so new to the industry, she's surprisingly good. You wouldn't expect that from someone with just a little over a year's worth of experience. Her facial expressions are so vibrant and her enthusiasm is impeccable. She shines the most whenever she's riding cowgirl with her top-notch hip control. I also love her naturally upbeat personality. Check out FNS-107 for the perfect showcase of that. For anyone who is a fellow big titty lover like myself, 2025 had us eating damn good. Some solid busty freelancers were putting in work such as the previously mentioned Noa Haruna and Shion Yumi but the real stars were all the countless exclusives we were blessed with. S1 were the heavy hitters with big names such as Yu Tano and Haru Minami dominating with their huge naturals. They also debuted another busty mature actress in Ako Kimura to please the milf maniacs. Madonna debuted their own juicy milf too in Momosa Jougasaki. That's not all as Moodyz kept it going with their own superstar in Himari. She continued her stride with another great year chock full of great releases. We were treated to all sorts of themes as well. Whether you're craving a busty nurse, a lewd stepmom, or even a tantalizing collab, there was always something to watch.

I don't think it's a secret that the interracial genre has been in the gutter for quite a while now. It was once thriving back in the day with all the big-name studios backing it such as Wanz Factory, Das, Madonna, and even S1. But lately, releases have been very few and far between. IR fans were begging for anything to whet their appetite. At best, you'd have to rely on backwater studios with a budget of 50 bucks. Things have improved greatly in 2025. It's still a far cry from its peak, but nature is healing. We can thank Fitch for this as they've been the biggest provider by far. Several actresses shot their IR debut with them such as Jun Suehiro, Mina Kitano, and Misono Mizuhara. I can only hope that this trend continues into 2026. Imagine the likes of S1 throwing their hat back into the ring. One can dream, right?

For my last winner pick of the year, I want to shoutout a studio that may be flying under the radar. They're a new studio, having only made their debut back in February. The budget is admittedly lacking a bit as they usually don't film with a ton of big-name actresses. They usually just hire smaller and less popular actresses due to their monetary restraints. Don't let that disuade you as they more than make up for this drawback. The main attraction of Offside lies in their creative setups and more importantly, a big emphasis on orgies. The vast majority of Offside's releases center around a large group of actresses together onscreen, and they actually interact. Imagine that! They're not afraid to kiss and fondle each other all throughout every scene. Combine that with their more imaginative plots reminiscent of Rocket and you've got a real standout studio. If they can get a bigger budget to bring in some bigger names, watch out. Definitely a studio to keep an eye on.

Oh my dear sweet Fumika. She was once a key favorite of mine but really fell off this year. It's not because she underwent some radical physical change or weight loss. You see, she was always a Moodyz exclusive with pretty solid results. I think most would agree that Moodyz is one of the better studios out there. She had a few decent releases with them to start the year but halfway through, she jumped ship to a new studio. That landing spot ended up being Oppai. I'm sorry but Oppai is a clear downgrade. You'll see Oppai later on in this list as they're really in the gutter right now. Their concepts and production values just aren't as good. I hope she can rebound but I fear she's gonna fade away at Oppai. I'll try keep an open mind though. Perhaps she'll prove me wrong next year...

Miyu Kiyohara has to be one of the most frustrating actresses of the year without a doubt. She's cute with a great set of tits no doubt. So what's the issue? The problem lies with S1. They refuse to do anything creative with Miyu at all. Nearly every single release from her this year has been either "darker" in tone or casting as a schoolgirl, sometimes both. It gets so repetitive. I get she has a more youthful appearance but c'mon. It just feels like she's treading water doing the same thing over and over again. At this point, I'm just begging for S1 to set her free. None of her releases this year were memorable at all with only one being halfway decent. What a waste of her talents.

Sigh. Another victim of the skinny trend. Perhaps one of the worst as she's completely fallen off my radar as a result. Karen Yuzuriha has always been on the slender side. However, she took that to another level in early 2025. She ended up losing a significant amount of weight and as a result, has become almost dangerously thin. This has greatly negatively impacted her overall look. Her bolt-ons stick out way more and not in a good way. Her arms are mere toothpicks and her ass is nearly all gone too. But perhaps worst of all is her face. She just looks haggard now, especially around the eyes. Her face is way sharper and narrower, too. It's frustrating as she had multiple enticing new releases this year but I just can't watch her anymore. If she can put some weight back on, I'll hop on board again. But until then, I have zero interest in her.

Ugh. I really had high hopes for Shiori Tsukada at the beginning of the year. She seemingly locked down an exclusive contract with Fitch, which was the perfect landing spot for her. She released a few solid films, like a juicy collab and a doujinshi adaptation. But then things quickly changed. She went quiet for several months in the spring before returning with a new release under Fitch in July. Great news, right? Well, except for the fact that it was an AI release where they AI'd her face with someone else. It's absolutely inexcusable and a trend I despise. And then that was it between her and Fitch. She then returned to freelancing with low-tier studios and getting typecast into playing a housewife role nearly every time. It's the same trend we've been seeing sadly as it feels like she's just spinning her wheels in the mud.

Edit: After completing this write-up, Shiori released a statement declaring her retirement in March of 2026. I'd like to believe that she'll go out with a bang, but I'm not too hopeful. At least give her a proper retirement video please.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Oppai used to be one of my favorite studios. And while they do churn out a good release here and there, they're a shell of their former selves. It really feels like they're just running on fumes now. One reason why is the lack of big-name exclusive actresses. They did sign Fumika Nakayama and they still have Karen Yuzuriha...but that's it. A far cry from their peak when had the likes of Anri Okita, Hitomi, and Julia under their belt. It's even more damning when you see S1 outdoing them in the titty department. They've got a whole dairy farm over there with the amount of huge milkers in their corral. But Oppai can't even get a scrap. Their monthly output has dwindled as well. It's picked up again recently but in September they released just two new films and three in October. That's pitiful. Not to mention, they love to feature this "Breast Development Clinic"(the featured video above) series as their new staple. It's absolutely awful. Every month, they churn out a new entry, and it's always terrible. It's sad to say but the glory days of Oppai are long over.

For this section, I want to highlight two actresses that I think could breakout in 2026. My first pick is none other than Nao Satsuki. She had been with SOD for nearly two years, until she recently graduated from there in December. She announced via social media that she'll be a freelancer moving forward. If she's up for it, I could see someone like her receiving tons of offers. She's got a cute face, great figure, and a top-tier chest. It's an unstoppable combination that could dominate the new year. And as evident from her graduation film, she's not shy when it comes to experimenting. We saw her take multiple facials, swallow, and partake in several gangbangs. I can't wait to see her spread her wings and take 2026 by storm.

Here we have another red-hot freelancer who could really set 2026 ablaze. Miyu was previously shackled down by S1 until the end of 2024, when she was finally set free. She's been churning out new releases at a steady pace all year. This determination is reflected in the sales charts, as she has consistently stayed at the top for several months throughout 2025. So what's the hype about? Besides steadily improving as a performer, she's rocking one of the best bodies around. Slim with a little perky set of tits offset by her remarkable hips and thighs. Not to mention her ass is one of the best in the game right now. Just a brilliant fit and toned body all around. Miyu has all the ingredients for a huge breakout in 2026. One could argue she's already there, but I think the best is yet to come.
