Ai Sayama has a career spanning 15 years going all the way back to 2007. This is certainly an achievement worth celebrating so I figured why not craft not just one, but two top 10 lists for her. She has so many great films that I decided to break it up into two time periods, modern and classic. 2007-2015 will be for the classic films while this post here will highlight her best films post-2016. She also plays a range of very different roles between the two periods so it just makes sense to break it up this way. Now without further ado, let's kick this off with my #10 spot.

A femdom Ai Sayama film, it just writes itself. It actually features a nice setup beyond just being a simple femdom-themed video. It features all the bells and whistles you've come to expect from a femdom film and is certainly topped off by her superb performance. The lighting is fine beyond that scene but it certainly does hamper it a bit. It's still a very enjoyable femdom film that just manages to crack my top 10.

Ai Sayama certainly had a few great film releases in 2021 and this was easily one of the best. The premise centers around a man having a secret affair with a married woman played by none other than Ai herself. Admittedly it's a very simple setup but it gets the job done. Although the husband isn't even seen at all which feels like a missed opportunity for some potential risky sex scenes. Thankfully though the production values are relatively solid. The lighting is excellent going for a more natural feel and it works quite nicely. It's not too bright or too dim. The camerawork is on point as well with some really great angles of the action plus a few POV scenes which is always a treat.

Across the board, the pacing is great too as it's nicely balanced with no scenes dragging on for too long. Next up is the action which is excellent boasting six scenes in all. They consist of four sex scenes, a paizuri scene, and a blowjob scene. I will say the POV scene is lacking in position variety and there's a bit too much fake cum for my liking. The rest are all superb though. This is mainly due to her strong performance. Ai is always consistent with her acting and she delivers here boasting an alluring and sultry vibe with great energy. While it's overall quite basic it's still a good time and easily worth a watch for any Ai Sayama fan.

The one slight negative though is the limited setting variety as 3/4 of the scenes takes place in the exact same room. They at least change up the lighting which does help to an extent. Speaking of the production values, the camerawork is handled quite well and her wardrobe features some lovely OL garb and a sexy lingerie piece.

The action is another big highlight as it consists of three full sex scenes alongside a paizuri scene. Now I will say that particular scene is kinda forgettable but thankfully the other scenes more than make up for it. They all boast a nice intensity to them and feature a healthy amount of facesitting which I'm a big fan of. Backing all this up is Ai's superb performance. Her sultry persona was made for this. She showcases her brilliant seduction skills all throughout. Her facial expressions are spot-on and she takes control with such ease and believability. Overall, it does bear a few flaws but its strengths far outweigh its weaknesses to make for a wonderful film that is quintessential Ai Sayama.

The central premise is pretty loose but it basically centers around Ai playing a lewd mature woman who loves to flaunt her ass and seduce random men. Of course, the other main feature is how sweaty she gets in every scene which further enhances the eye candy factor for sure. That's easily one of the best aspects of the film as Ai looks outstanding in every scene and is in remarkable shape. She backs all this up with a relatively solid performance. I wouldn't say it's one of her best but she still gets the job done with little issue.

The action overall is terrific but does suffer from one small problem which is pacing as it boasts four scenes across a 150-minute runtime so it's a bit bloated for sure. Thankfully the action itself is satisfying consisting of three sex scenes and a nice outercourse scene all with a heightened focus on her ass. The position variety is surprisingly great too. Last but not least we have the production values which are all on point. The settings and lighting are generally varied, her wardrobe is sexy and suits her well, and the camerawork provides some fantastic shots of her ass and thighs. Besides some bloated pacing, this is an excellent ass-focused film and an easy lock for one of her best modern films.

Overall it's a great setup and it's executed very well. One of my favorite aspects is the slow teasing from Ai. These shots are truly amazing and make you realize just how utterly thick she really is.

The action as a whole is pretty amazing all around. It mainly consists of two sex scenes each with a different setup. There are some fake creampies of course but it's not too egregious. What really ties this all together is Ai's superb performance. She's so incredibly expressive and vibrant here. From start to finish she's very engaging and really draws you in for an incredibly immersive experience. This is all topped off by the brilliant production values such as the lighting and wardrobe. MDVR-088 is a VR film that checks all the boxes and makes for a very satisfying good time.

She gets nice and sweaty throughout too which is always a plus in my book. Overall she really brings this premise to life and continues to prove she's one of the most consistent performers in the business right now. 

The action is terrific with several sex scenes and a few handjob/paizuri scenes. What's nice is that there are real cumshots here which leads to her jerking them off and making them squirt afterward. This coupled with her enthusiastic performance makes for quite the spectacle. A few cumshots may be fake though. All around the sex scenes are superb with one even featuring some POV use. Plus the non-sex scenes are decent too thanks to her acting. The camerawork is great and even better is the lighting which is excellent. But perhaps best of all is her appearance as she's in immaculate shape and sports some super sexy outfits. She's truly aging like fine wine. Overall this is easily one of her best films in recent memory.

In terms of plots, this one features one of my favorites. Here we see Ai Sayama play a lascivious married woman who is visiting her husband in the hospital. While there she ends up seducing the guy sharing a room with her. This of course leads to them having sex behind the husband's back. There's even a scene where he fucks her from behind the partition as she gives her husband a massage. I really enjoyed the plot mainly thanks in part to Ai's terrific acting. This is a role she was built for and it shows. She's super sultry overall while boasting great enthusiasm without being too over the top making for a very believable performance.

The production values are terrific too. Her wardrobe is simple but effective along with boasting some brilliant lighting that fits the theme of the film quite nicely. The camerawork is on point as well as it does a fantastic job at capturing full body shots of Ai Sayama in addition to some great shots of the entire room with her husband nearby which further drives home the risk factor. Lastly, the action is solid consisting of two sex scenes, a paizuri scene, an assjob scene, and lastly a blowjob scene. I will say that it takes a while before any real sex starts but the buildup makes it more satisfying when it does finally happen. Besides a few minor issues, this is an amazing film and easily ranks as one of her best in recent memory.

The two non-sex scenes especially as they feature an element of risk which makes them much more exciting as a result. The position variety is lacking a bit though as cowgirl is the only position used in 2/3 of the scenes but it's not a dealbreaker. It's such a bold move.

The greatness doesn't stop there as the action is just as good. It consists of three full sex scenes, a half sex scene, a blowjob scene, and a tittyfuck scene. I say half because it only lasts a few minutes. Anyway, the sex scenes are terrific with a solid array of positions and excellent intensity. The other great aspect is the risk factor prevalent in several scenes like the blowjob scene where she sucks him off underneath the covers while the sister is mere feet away. It definitely makes these scenes more daring as a result. If I had any nitpicks it'd be that the lighting is a bit too bright in some scenes. Other than that it's a home run and deserving of it's number one spot here on my list.
