This is the space where in the past, I'd be tempted to start a review talking about how Japan keeps needing to address their declining population by taking drastic action. Thus enter weird JAV movie with unusual theme that while looks great, probably is just too impractical for a multitude of reasons to actually make it a system that can be emulated throughout the nation. So let's look at this from another more grounded angle: we're going to find cute women--four of them and also find men with questionably attractive (YMMV) physical traits. But once found, things get interesting and while impractical to solve a population crisis we're sliding into faster than a bus low on transmission fluid attempting to navigate the streets of San Francisco, we are privileged to see a really nice take on JAV's tried-and-true "will strangers have sex?" theme.

If variety TV can push out 'special' after 'special' consisting nothing more of having a cute tarento alongside an older, wizened companion visit local towns to sample random bowls of ramen that really are not much different than anywhere else in the country, we can happily--nay, proudly--release a long-awaited sequel to a popular update from (checks release date...)--goodness over two years ago! Sorry for the wait! And sorry if the wait till the next edition in MIXED BATHING PEOPLE MONITORING - HOW MANY MINUTES TO INFORMAL SEX? takes longer; SOFT ON DEMAND I believe shot more and if that belief coalesces into an actual fact and if this double update does well, more is on the way.

The theme in the second iteration remains the same as the first almost to a T. The location, however, is different. The first surely had better views and really felt closer to the real deal. Here, we've a ryokan that has already been shown in a number of JAV movies from SADISTIC VILLAGE to ROCKET. But with tried-and-true locations come tried-and-true production finesse; in other words, guerrilla-like cameras and mics have made way for something easier on the eyes and ears.

Casting is strong. It was strong before and even more so now with a quartet of faces probably familiar to many fans such as, and surely not limited, to short hair RIKU MINATO kicking things off. Your guess is as good as mine as to whether women of this caliber are really just randomly walking around town--an onsen resort, no less--all on their own and simply the allure of a free bath when they're generally not that pricey already is enough to get them to participate in an experiment that leads to super sexy albeit initially highly embarrassing results. This one's fun, the buildup is solid, the flow smoother than actual hot springs water which this ryokan may or may not truly have (it's complicated), and the sex is outstanding. First time encounters can and do lead to glorious pistons and newfound relationships that can make it perhaps to three dates.
