Oppaira's 2024 JAV Debut Review Roundup - Part 2

Hey guys, welcome to the roundup post for another batch of 2024 debuts. You all know the drill by now, I like to check out a second batch in the new year just to make sure there isn't anyone I missed. I find that I generally do a good job these days finding the right actresses, but there are always some late debuts, actresses that have blossoming careers, or even just actresses I gloss over that turn out to be more than meets the eye. As a quick reminder, you can see all 38 debuts that I've reviewed in my advent calendar post. It's a simple one-stop-shop where you can see which ones you're interested in finding more about and then dive deeper. With that all said let's go check out this batch.

My pick for prettiest is Hiyori Nozaka. Take it with a grain of salt because nobody in this batch stood out facially. I didn't think she was bad but she's pretty average, and there's like at least 10 actresses from the year I've reviewed that are prettier than her.

My favourite boobs from the bunch was Kanna Sannoki's by a decent margin. They're not nearly my favourite of the year in total but they're somewhere in the top quarter to top third which is still pretty good. I think maybe they're not quite as good because she seems to be a bit of a fish that doesn't understand how to use them right, but they're nice.

Yui Sayama had my favourite ass. I would say it was a pretty close battle this time as I had multiple with the same score of above average ass. Her ass just seemed a touch better, especially with the way it jiggled when she was bent over. Plus you could really see the outlines of her cheeks that made them stand out a bit more.

Hiyori Nozaka had my favourite body of the bunch. She had that nice baby fat style of body where she's not toned but has just that slight little bit that makes her seem a bit more full-figured. I will also say her bush seemed incredible and that goes a decent way as well, none of those wispy things where you don't quite know what's going on, it was thick and luscious.

Hana Kurosaki's video was by far the best, not even close. It not only had a great theme but the performance equally matched expectations. It's very rare for both of those to be done so well, and beckons back to the first Kanae Yumemi video I reviewed. Dom teachers is a sight you rarely see do well because it's hard to do well, and this video surprised me with just how incredible it all was. Mini spoiler but it was fantastic and you should expect to see it in my top 25 of the year.

Hana Kurosaki was by far the best performer. She knew what she was doing and was quite impressive. I never felt like she had any particular quirks to her that let her be unique and memorable (gal look aside) so she was just a strong performer. Maybe she'll develop something down the line that makes her a bit unique but honestly for now it's still great for a debut.

Emika Shirakami strikes me as most likely to succeed. Girl has been working her butt off, doing a ton of videos. Group videos, VR, even managed to do some sort of lesbian action that I didn't even know was actually a possibility at S1. She's really going above and beyond and I think there's a world where she really stands out. Or maybe her taking a trip with Toa Kiyomiya leads her down a path of a cross-studio release with E-Body. There's even a full on vlog on her YouTube channel of the trip, if that doesn't scream potential I don't know what does. Who knows, but she seems like she has a lot of potential.

Kanna Sannoki was the most disappointing. Like many other busty women, she appears to be mostly just a pair of boobs, with little to no other redeeming qualities. If you're going to be that bad of a performer you really need to be better in other ways, like be as pretty as Rara Anzai or have Shiori Tsukada's ass or something.

Hiyori Nozaka seems like the one I'm least likely to watch again, but it was somewhat close this time around with the smaller batch. It ultimately came down to me looking at what realistic scenarios they would get. If Hiyori is going to be just your whatever actress at S1 I don't see myself all that interested. At least Shio is on the up and up at IP now, or Yui is unique. Probably I won't watch any of them but there's at least that outside chance that Hiyori doesn't really have the same way. I keep saying this but S1 is very crowded and without enough good quality themes and plots, you need to stand out much more physically. Others certainly do when we're talking about J, K, or L cup boobs, but unfortunately not for Hiyori at G.

Hana Kurosaki is the one I'm most likely to watch again. Despite she's a gal, despite she has boobs I do not like at all, she is a strong performer with a good career. There's already interesting videos to watch and it's not like I have to come back in a year or two when she might be decent at performing, she's good now.

My dark horse bet is on Emika Shirakami. It's just so incredible what she's managing to do and I'm curious just how far she can take it. Who knows, maybe S1 will find something extra special to do with her. I'm still holding out that S1 will do someone with smaller boobs like her alongside someone with gigantic boobs. It seems like a very natural move to collide the two groups of fans since the kind of people watching the likes of 2024 debut Yu Tano are not the same watching Emika Shirakami. I mean, I have but I'm also an exception due to the blogging. Even in their group videos they were doing busty actresses together, and maybe a legitimate like big/little sister combo could go well.

One of the things I've noticed is that these part 2 roundups don't tend to produce results. What I mean by that is that there's hardly anyone ever worth watching. From the 2023 batch I've seen just Reno Kiyomi a second time, and it was a duo with Alice Otsu. Maybe you might point to Haruka Rukawa that I've seen three times, but it's hardly fair when she was in those mega Madonna videos. That's kind of a good thing because it means I'm watching all the quality debuts up front. It also leads me to think this kind of thing is a waste of time, and maybe I just watch the one-off actress that people highly recommend. I suppose to some degree we've been a bit blessed in the past couple years on boob sizes that it makes some of the decisions super simple for me.

Before going let me share my final tier list of the debuts as it stands so you can really see how some of them stacked up. Maybe some changes are due when I get to the full retro on 2024 for the 1 year after post, but at least based on the first impressions here's how everyone stacked up. Super interesting to see nobody getting a D tier this time around.
