Everyone loves a nice booty. Narrowing down the best of the best can be quite difficult but that's precisely what I've chosen to do here today as I lay out my personal top 10 best asses right now in JAV. This list of course will contain only active actresses so no retirees are allowed. I'm sure there will be some controversy with some of my choices so feel free to let me know your thoughts on my list or dish out your favorites down below in the comments. Now let's see who we've got coming in at number 10...

10. Ichika Matsumoto

Ichika is proof that big things can come in small packages. For being someone so petite, she's packing a really great ass back there. It has a lovely round shape to it making for a fine bubble butt. But I think a large reason as to why it stands out so much is due to the surprise factor. You don't really expect someone so tiny and skinny like her to be boasting this level of an ass. Now one nitpick is that her booty can look kinda sharp at times which is probably due to how skinny she is. Even so, it still looks superb. Plus she's got a nice asshole and she's typically an energetic performer who knows how to show it off. Couple all this together and you've got a real winner.

9. Nene Tanaka

Nene Tanaka is a perfect example of the expression "dummy thicc". She's so incredibly meaty in every way. Of course, it's most notable from the waist down. Now admittedly her ass itself is decent but nothing truly outstanding. But it's bolstered by her godlike thighs and amazing hips making for a juicy combination. She truly shines in doggystyle position as her phat ass looks incredible which coupled with her big tits bouncing around makes for some wonderful eye candy. It's just so massive for someone so petite as she's only 4 foot 11 inches tall. She has lost a few of her curves since putting on some weight recently but it's certainly fleshed out her ass and thighs more so it's not too bad. 8. Mina Kitano

Mina is pretty heavy on hitting the gym and keeping up with her physical fitness and the results speak for themselves. Her body is in terrific shape and her booty is just as amazing. She's got a fantastic bubble butt that is made even better by her sexy long legs. It's very tight and fits her frame extremely well. It's an ass that looks good no matter what position whether it's cowgirl, doggy, or anything in-between. It also helps that she knows how to use that thing as she's a brilliant performer who can ride and grind with the best of them. She often reminds me a bit of Kurea Hasumi. Both have fake tits, great asses, fit bodies, and are very capable performers. Hopefully, she'll have a career as bright as hers too.

7. Rino Yuki

Rino Yuki has sure been on fire this year. She's definitely one of the hottest names around at the moment. And it's for good reason as she's one of the most well-rounded actresses there is. You may remember I had her on my top 10 best tits in JAV right now post. Now she's made my top 10 asses list. Her ass has a great shape to it and is certainly enhanced by her nice hips and thighs. The best position that highlights her ass is doggystyle. She can arch her ass incredibly well up there with the likes of Yuu Shinoda. The only thing really holding her back is the minor blemish on her right cheek. It's a bit distracting especially when they try to mask it with makeup and it makes it worse. Other than that her booty is impeccable. 

6. Alice Otsu

She's been making a huge splash this year and her big booty is certainly a key asset to her success. Alice has been floating around in JAV since 2013 with middling results. However, in the spring of this year, she rebooted her career almost with an entirely new "gal" makeover and it's worked wonders. Her ass itself is absolutely phenomenal. It's plenty meaty and is further enhanced by her equally juicy thighs. She's super thick from the waist down and it's amazing. Her ass definitely looks the best in doggy when she gets on all fours and arches it in the air. It's pure eye candy galore. But hell even in cowgirl she looks great thanks to her fierce riding skills. She's rapidly shooting up my favorites list and her potential is unlimited.

5. Yayoi Mizuki

I honestly had no idea who Yayoi Mizuki was until just the past year. But after just a few watches I was entranced by her luscious big booty. I was very surprised by the sheer size of it as it's ridiculously huge. She has some nice hips too which certainly make it stand out even more. It looks outstanding regardless of the angle or position. Now some may argue that her ass could be fake. 4. Nao Jinguji

Nao slipped past my radar for quite a while until just last year when I finally gave her a shot. And I'm glad I did. She's got a surprisingly meaty ass adorned by some ridiculously thick thighs. It's an ass that definitely looks great no matter what position whether it's cowgirl or doggystyle. It's got a nice subtle jiggle to it as well. And it fits her figure quite nicely too. I do wish studios would give it the proper spotlight it deserves. Sometimes they barely feature it which is a crime since it's easily her best asset. But regardless she's incredibly well-rounded with a booty that comfortably cracks my top five.

3. Mao Kurata

Poor Mao. I always feel like she's very underrated and flies under the radar for a lot of people which is unfair because she's really quite nice. That ass of hers deserves more attention because it's one of the best around. She's got a very nice bubble butt that is incredibly firm. It's all further enhanced by her lovely hips and thighs making for what I'd consider one of the most well-rounded asses out there. She can arch it pretty well too when in the doggstyle position. Maybe not quite Yuu Shinoda level but still great on her own. Her career has stagnated a bit recently but I have hope that she can return to form in the near future.

2. Shiori Tsukada

It shouldn't come as any surprise to see Shiori make my list, especially in the top five. Her ass is the definition of phat and juicy. She's incredibly thick so it compliments her massive ass very nicely. Her proportions are ridiculous but in a good way. To think she was even thicker back some odd years ago before she went and lost weight. She slimmed down some but still managed to keep her big ass in top-notch shape. Whether she's in doggystyle position or cowgirl it always looks fantastic no matter the angle. Some may say it's too big for their taste but I absolutely love how meaty she is. Shiori Tsukada is a full-course meal with her dump truck booty.

1. Kurea Hasumi

Was there ever any question as to who would take my number one spot? I know she's currently on hiatus but she's not retired so she still counts in my book. Kurea is someone that needs no introduction. She is the epitome of a perfect bubble butt. Just amazing all around with some insanely sexy legs to boot which accentuates her entire look. And of course, she's an incredible performer to boot who knows how to use it. She's great in all positions but cowgirl is where she truly shines. Honorable Mentions

Alice Kisaki

She may be mostly known for her sizable natural chest but her ass often gets overlooked I feel and absolutely deserves more attention. Her tits are of course fantastic but her ass will catch you by surprise. It has a nice shape to it, but it's also got an incredible jiggle that can be straight-up mesmerizing at times. Her thighs aren't too bad either. I do wish her acting was better so she could utilize it to its full potential. It's a little hard to enjoy at times when she's a near-dead fish on camera. And I hope her career doesn't fizzle out because right now she's kinda just treading water and isn't getting too many big releases. Even when she does get a new video, her ass isn't highlighted as it should be.

Ruka Inaba

Here we have the petite and juicy Ruka Inaba. She is plenty meaty all around which certainly helps to flesh out her ass in a great way. There's a lot of meat back there making for a very big ass. She is incredibly thick all around. It's an ass no looks fantastic no matter what position whether it's doggystyle or cowgirl. And the jiggle of it makes for a beautiful sight. Her overall appearance is pretty unique too as she has a youthful and cute face combined with such a thick figure. She recently went on hiatus from shooting AV which is unfortunate to hear. Hopefully, she'll make a triumph return sooner rather than later.

Akari Mitani

She may be a bit on the slender side but she's got a really nice ass that just barely missed the cut. It may look unassuming at first glance but when she's in action it looks stunning. Admittedly it's not quite the biggest or juiciest but Akari certainly knows how to use and showcase it to its full potential. She is a brilliant performer no doubt that can ride like a champ making it look spectacular in motion. The control she has over it is remarkable. It is a rather tight and firm ass that doesn't exactly have a lot of jiggle to it though. Her hips and thighs aren't anything too special either. But she still manages to crack my honorable mentions which is certainly an achievement in itself.

Yuu Shinoda

I know some may be surprised to see Yuu not make my top 10 as it was a close decision to leave her off. But ultimately I put her as an honorable mention as I don't quite think her ass itself is quite that good. There's no doubt that she has one of the best arches in the game. When she's on all fours and arches her back while putting her ass up in the air, it's a jaw-dropping sight. But her ass by itself isn't anything too special if I'm being honest. Even worse now that she's lost plenty of weight and is pretty skinny overall. Only from certain angles does it look good. She's still great and all but not top 10 worthy.
