Yuria spent most of 2025 doing doujinshi adaptations. This is all fine and dandy as she's THE perfect mold for those roles but it was always nice getting a break with something different. And boy did she deliver. It all starts at the top with the plot as we see her play an alluring and busty Aunt who decides to seduce her nephew as he visits during summer vacation. This obviously fits her like a glove and the execution is superb for a few reasons. Because it's set during the summer, every scene sees her soaked in sweat. And there's an inherent risk factor baked into a couple scenes that really heightens the excitement. Such as when they're going at it when the hubby comes home so they hide and fuck in the closet instead. The action from top to bottom is fantastic with multiple sex scenes and some immensely satisfying tittyfucking.

Best of all is that the paizuri is all shot in POV, giving Yuria the perfect opportunity to showcase her skills. Not only is her technique on point but her sultry facial expressions and enthusiasm take it to a whole other level. The film makes great use of close-up shots during the sex scene and tittyfucking too. Whether it's zoomed-in angles of her expressive face or sweaty body, it all results in some stunning eyecandy. Furthermore, the lighting nails the countryside/summer-like tone very well. I'd be remiss if I didn't highlight Yuria's appearance as it's easily one of the best aspects here. The setup is straightforward enough with Hana playing your busty female boss with a sharp, dominant side. Now I know what you may be thinking. Hana playing bossy OL while being her cutesy self sounds like a clash on paper but it works extremely well in practice. Her upbeat demeanor, combined with her cheeky facial expressions, adds an interesting layer to the typical dominant OL role. There's just something about her giggling and smiling while tittyfucking you or sticking her feet in your face. It's not going to be for everyone, but I absolutely loved it. Not to mention, she maintains steady eye contact all throughout. On top of this top-notch performance, we of course got some great action to boot.

Oh Ai Kano. My beloved "bazooka tits". It's unfortunate that she called it quits once again to return to soapland work. But at the very least, she went out with a bang with her final release here. Each outfit fits the theme very well with the bunnygirl piece being my favorite highlight. But anyway, the sex scenes are the main attraction. Each one features multiple guys going at her as she's passed around like a sex doll with huge tits. I especially loved the group facial at the very end. It's the perfect cherry on top. And the position variety is surprisingly varied as they make full use of the bathroom setting whether they're in the stall, sitting in the urinal or lying on the floor. The final aspect I need to mention is the brilliant lighting. This more muted color grading gives it a unique look and really makes her outfits and herself stand out. This is quite easily my favorite film of hers to date. If she's truly done, she truly ended things on a high note.

I'm a sucker for a lighthearted, goofy setup. SONE-751 embodies that and delivers one of my favorite films of the entire year. It's an amusing theme that makes creative use of her natural huge tits. Every scene revolves around the concept of her boobs accidentally spilling out in a variety of situations. A few examples include her losing her towel while signing for a package or when her bikini top pops open during a photoshoot. It's a simple idea that is executed very well with each scene presenting a fresh take on it. The range of different outfits, settings and lighting really go a long way. Speaking of which, the camerawork and lighting are masterfully handled. I have zero complaints as this is perhaps the best Yu Tano has ever looked. It all complements her body and massive tits perfectly. It's just constant eyecandy that will have any big titty lovers drooling from start to finish.

Yu Tano puts those assets to excellent use here as her performance is up there as one of her best. Sure she starts out submissive for most of the scenes but it doesn't take long for her to loosen up and begin enjoying herself. It's super satisfying watching Yu use her chest to tittyfuck each guy and shove those things in his face. That upbeat personality and charming smile of hers is on full display. There's no shortage of quality action here either. Each scene showcases her tits front and center, making them the main attraction, and rightly so. Mina Kitano had a strong 2025, marked by numerous high-quality releases. Choosing to go freelance was a brilliant decision on her part. Interestingly, though, this particular film was from when she was still partially exclusive to Fitch. What makes this film stand out from everything else is its incredible setup that allows her to fully embrace her inner nympho. The premise is right up her alley casting Mina as a lewd landlady working at a bar who offers up "full body lip service" to her lucky customers. This involves both inhaling dicks and riding them to give the guys a complete experience. This is a genius fit for Mina given her outwardly lewd persona that is on full display here. No one can match Mina in this area. She exudes such a natural, raw sexual energy that is portrayed perfectly through her lively facial expressions and incredible energy. I particularly love her blowjobs and how she will suck the guy's dick all the way down to the base while making eye contact.

This is Mina at her absolute best and in the zone. No one is better than her at these roles. Compounding this aspect is the equally fitting wardrobe that fully captures the energy of the setup and fits her to a T. It results in some truly outstanding eyecandy. But perhaps even better is the amazing action. We're treated to several sex scenes alongside a major focus on blowjobs. Normally, I'm indifferent to BJ action but Mina's standout performance really helps sell it. Not to mention that one of them is shot in POV, making it much more immersive. And it's all capped off with a brilliant gangbang at the end. FPRE-170 should be the benchmark for all future Mina Kitano films. It's got a genius setup that allows for Mina to flex her acting talent and let loose. If there's one Mina film you watch all year, it's gotta be this one.

Himari has really come on strong becoming one of my favorite actresses of the year with this easily being my favorite of the year. First, let me address the elephant in the room. Yes, that cover is insanely shopped. Sure she's busty but not that huge. Anyway, let's move onto the film itself and why it deserves such a high spot on my list. This is a film that nails every single aspect. You've got an enticing plot that is tailor-made for Himari and her personality. She gets to play a sister-in-law role as she takes it upon herself to teach her sister's very inexperienced boyfriend about sex. So she offers herself up as practice for him. This adds a nice twist to the "GES" formula and it suits Himari perfectly as she delivers one of her best performances to date. She oozes this naturally seductive aura and really takes hold of this role. It was great seeing her coach the guy while in mid-fuck. Not to mention she's an expert at effectively utilizing her naturally gifted assets.

Can we also talk about how damn good she looks too? She sports a few nice outfits with the obvious highlight being the one featured on the cover. That massive boob window showcasing her canyon sized cleavage makes for an amazing sight. And it's all captured brilliantly by the standout camerawork. We're treated to some lovely POV and I loved the shots in the first sex scene as Himari is fucking her sister's boyfriend while she's in the background. The lighting is exceptional too with the last scene being the most notable. Between that and the outfit it makes for a 10/10 spectacle. But that's not all as the action is just as great. Expect lots of tittyfucking which gives Himari the opportunity to flex her skills. The sex scenes are equally nice as several of them incorporate an element of risk to really heighten the excitement. MIDA-156 is Himari at her best. Fantastic setup, top-notch action, juicy eyecandy, and a masterful performance. A very deserving top 5 film of the year.

Cheerleaders aren't used enough in JAV. It's a classic staple of porn but it's been awhile since we've seen it take center focus in a JAV. That is until now and Fitch absolutely nails it. One of the things I loved the most about this film is the silly setup. It casts Hana as the captain of the cheerleading club who uses her body to cheer up both troubled students and teachers. This usually devolves into letting them fuck her and do as they wish. Every scene incorporates a unique scenario such as when she "cheers up" a player and coach in the locker room after a loss or an ill student in the nurses office. Each setup is entertaining and captures that lighthearted, goofy nature of older JAV. A great performance is obviously critical with a theme like this and Hana delivers in spades. Her spunky personality is on full display. She's extremely enthusiastic and peppy as she leans into the cheerleader role extremely well. Such as when she's riding a guy and encourages him to hang on.

Speaking of which, there's no shortage of quality action here. We get three sex scenes, a tittyfuck scene, and even a thighfucking scene. The pacing is brilliantly handled overall and even the non-sex scenes are enjoyable thanks to her superb performance. The sex scenes though shine the most. What I really appreciated is that she stays in character the whole time. She not only keeps the cheerleader uniforms on but also waves her pom-poms around too. And it's all wrapped up with some excellent production values. Each scene features a different school setting which is very nice and the camerawork is superb, capturing some stunning close-up and wide-angle shots. The last scene in particular has some jaw-dropping sights. FPRE-140 is by far Hana Kurosaki's best film ever and perfectly captures all her best strengths while featuring an incredibly entertaining premise. A real throwback to the old glory days of JAV.

Narrowing down my top 3 was extremely difficult. Any of these films could've been my number one. I ultimately ended up with Haru for third place. It shouldn't come as any surprise to see this on my list. Nurse themes and big tits are a five-star recipe and it's executed to near perfection. The setup isn't anything wildly inventive but the ol' adage "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" certainly applies. Haru simply plays a busty nurse who assists with her patient's sexual frustrations firsthand. This obviously means milking them with her huge tits but a few lucky guys actually get to fuck her. I'm an absolute sucker for nurses so and this one hits the spot. Haru plays the nurse role quite well as she shows off her more nurturing side. This mostly comes from her shoving her tits in the guys face and comforting them. I also liked that she'll occasionally cover her mouth or tell the guy to be quiet to not blow their cover.

Every scene features a unique scenario, setting and actor to help keep things fresh. This also means we get REAL cumshots, even multiple loads at a time thanks to her tremendous tittyfucking. If you're a paizuri fan like myself, you'll be heaven here. Especially with multiple scenes focusing entirely on it and with one being shot exclusively in POV. But that's not all as we're also treated to a few sex scenes that do a nice job of showcasing her incredible assets. Speaking of which, the eyecandy is off the charts here. The camerawork is brilliant and captures some particularly nice doggystyle shots showcasing her tits bouncing all around. They're utilized nicely as she'll spend half of the sex scenes clothed and then nude. It's the best of both worlds. SONE-865 is an expertly crafted nurse film with nearly flawless execution. Big titty nurses, you just can't go wrong.

Nao Masaki directing a bunch of horny, nympho schoolgirls? What more do I need to say? It's a surefire recipe for a gigabanger and boy does it deliver. Nao's touch is all over his film starting with the setup. Many of her films often feature the actress(es) in the leading role and that's precisely the case here with the cast playing four smutty schoolgirls as they have their way with various students. The setup has a lighthearted tone to it while also boasting that signature Nao flair with her high intensity sex scenes matched by equally wild performances. It's a perfect encapsulation of her directing style. Nowhere is this more evident than her the acting from the foursome. Everyone is very engaging and is brimming with enthusiasm. So often you'll see during group scenes where the actresses not directly involved are just sitting on the sidelines doing nothing. If one is riding his dick, the other is grinding on his face.

There's even some girl-on-girl action too which is always a huge plus. It's nothing major but does include some lighting kissing and fondling. And when they get "creampied", they'll often eat and swap the cum around. Sure it's fake but the effect is still nice. Making it more palatable is that we get a real cumshot afterward. The action all around is amazing with several amazing threesomes but the standout is by far the last scene featuring the entire cast. It's by far one of the best group scenes I've seen in years. It boasts an amusing setup before devolving into some over the top fivesome sex. Furthermore, it's never overwhelming either as Nao wields masterful control with precise and tight camerawork. And those lewd schoolgirl uniforms are super sexy and they keep them on for the entire film. Couple this with some excellent lighting and you've got a five-star masterpiece. Nao Masaki once again proves she's the GOAT director.

Now it's time for my overall favorite video of 2025. It may a little unexpected but this film combines two of my favorite things in Halloween and the classic "If you can last 10 minutes" theme. The end result is a super memorable experience. The setup is what you'd expect with Jun going into the streets and picking up "random" guys in costumes. They're then tasked with enduring 10 minutes of whatever random sex act they pull from a box. If they survive, then they get to fuck her. It's the same as Wanz Factory's infamous series but features a Halloween motif with Jun dressed up a wide range of different costumes. A few of the highlights include a nun, nurse and even Chucky. The variety really makes each scene standout and keeps the film feeling fresh from beginning to end. The same can also be applied to the action. The action can often be a sore spot with this type of setup.

Like featuring sex scenes only lasting five minutes. Not the case here as we get three sex scenes with each lasting a relatively meaty amount of time while boasting a decent array of positions. There's also a nice handjob and pussyjob scene. The action overall is solid but what truly sets it all apart and is the main reason this film lands at #1, is her fantastic performance. I'd say it's among the best I've seen from this setup. It serves as a perfect showcase for her naturally cheerful and upbeat personality. She's constantly engaging and smiling with the guys. And often times you'll see other actresses start to falter during the sex scenes but not here. She's always got that beaming smile on her face and even when the guys tire out, she's still going. Jun churns out a flawless performance and cements herself as among the best around in the game. Combine that with a fun, Halloween themed challenge plot, and you've got my 2025 video of the year.
