The lighting in the beginning is bad and harsh, though it's natural sunny day lighting so not too much they could do about that without more lighting equipment to diffuse the strong light. It could be better with more professional lighting but you get to see all of Violet so not too bad.

Most of the time the camera focuses on Violet, especially since 1/3 of it is basically interviewing her. So you can enjoy lots of Violet when you're watching this JAV. Though if you're going by actual sexual content vs the length of the JAV you're not really getting a good deal.

Performance

If you're looking for immediate sexual scenes you're in for disappointment as you don't see anything happen until 31 minutes into the JAV when she starts to masturbate for the camera. Also, it's over her bikini and you don't see Violet remove her clothes until 45 minutes in when there's a nip slip while she's giving a blowjob. This is so she can maintain her character of a girl who needs the money but won't show off in front of the camera until it's offered. So about 52 minutes into the JAV is when you see Violet's big breasts through her see through bikini and at 1 hour you finally see her bare breasts, probably the longest I've ever seen a JAV where they haven't popped the actresses breasts out for the scene.

While Violet is supposed to play a "shy girl" who has never had sex in front of the camera before, they tell her to act like the camera isn't there and just masturbate and have sex like she usually would. It's interesting to see a more shy Violet as you see her in porn videos as more forward and of course excited to have sex. Though I guess that's what goes into the theme of it to make it look more like a "amateur" video rather than a professional. If you didn't know who Violet was and watched her career in porn I can see how some would think this was an amateur video and they did in fact find her at the beach and it leading to sex.

Plot/Theme

The theme of this series is basically Japanese guy goes around the world and picks up girls. The theme this time is Sabu picks up Violet Myers the "surfer girl" in Los Angeles and they start the JAV interviewing her about her surfer hobby. It's interesting how they depicted her as a surfer considering she's not a surfer, at least not on her social media. You see Violet mainly stay indoors playing video games, watching anime, making porn, and making OnlyFans content.

At about halfway into the interview they start talking about her preference in men and Sabu says he's a surfer to get her interest, and says he can be the "board" and she can ride him. They then convince her to be a photo model for his comedy show and to go to their studio for the photo shoot, which looks like a hotel room, which they pay her $50 for. The photo shoot continues for a while as they interview her at the same time and it isn't until after the photo shoot, 26 minutes after the JAV starts, when they ask more sexual questions which leads to her masturbating on camera for $300, though she did initially reject it. After the masturbation they as if she wants to give a blowjob, again she rejects it, until another $300 is offered. Finally it comes to sex where she's hesitant and shy until she asks for $300, which of course Sabu agrees to. As I said earlier, it's a good plot if you didn't know who Violet was and thought it was an actual amateur sex video.

Sex

The actual sex scene, if you don't count foreplay, starts in the last 15 minutes of the JAV. Considering the JAV itself is only 89 minutes that's a long time to wait for this scene if you're watching the whole JAV from beginning to end. Keeping up with the whole "shy" character, Violet doesn't get as wild as she usually does, letting the actor taking more of the lead, though she does ride on top of him to take the lead for part of the sex, especially focusing on her lovely big ass. She doesn't moaning as much as she usually does and not much "sex talk" either. So if you're a fan of Violet like I am you're going see a sort of different Violet from the usual but it's all acting and she's still the same sexy Violet we love to watch. I would have loved to see more sex scenes and less talk in this JAV. I thought it was great that the actor finished the scene by cumming on her nice big breasts and even giving a paizuri right after vs the normal where I see them finish on her face or big ass, super hot finish.

Summary

If you're looking for immediate sexual scenes you'll have to skip quite a bit to get there, as 1/3 of the JAV is basically talking, even further down the line for the actual sex scene. It was interesting to see a shyer Violet, though I would have loved to see more sex scenes and less talking. Violet herself says she enjoyed working with the JAV company and would be interested in working in JAV again so maybe we'll see her in another JAV in the future? Hopefully we will and even more western porn actresses in JAV.
