Can't argue with Aika Yamagishi as the top actress of 2020. I honestly don't think anyone else comes close given what she's put out this year. In short, it has to be one of the most consistently excellent years a JAV actress has had in quite some time. Her PRED-251 alone marks her as an almost singular performer. The "lockdown title" was one of the most unique JAV releases I've ever seen (and one of my favorites of the year) and she's perhaps the only performer who could have pulled something this intimate off, given how engaging of a personality she has. I don't think the title gets enough love, and that's probably for it being essentially a very extended "masturbation title", but watching Aika "being herself" and the video still having so much variety and being so absorbing to watch marks her as being very special.Another performer who has had a very solid year is Akari Mitani. Many of her DAS titles this year have been keepers, but none more so than the recent DASD-771, which is my personal best video of the year. It might be a dumb little bathhouse title with virtually no story-line, but it's so beautifully shot (in natural light), so much fun to watch with Akari's hilariously cute expressions throughout and of course her usual enthusiastic gusto when it comes to the sex scenes that it's the one title I've probably racked the most views on. It's also one of the not very many JAV titles I find myself being able to watch from beginning to end, with there being almost no boring bits in it. For people who like extreme sex it might be a vanilla-esque bore, but anyone who appreciates JAV when it's at its silliest and most charming will love this little unassuming gem. I have only seen positive reviews for this one on sites that carry user reviews (and I hope to see a review for it on Zenra as well at some point). Also, let's not forget Akari's bukkake title, SDMU-963, from the first quarter of 2020 (before Covid really became the focal point of all of our lives), which is excellent (and has been very positively reviewed on this very site).If Aika didn't have the year she's had, Akari would have been in the running for my actress of the year. Aika though has been nothing short of peerless in 2020.

She looks absolutely amazing. It's gonna take her a while to get her groove back, but I actually like the testing-the-waters vibe of this release. She's a bit green, and it's quite compelling. I like the scene with the young guys; you can just tell how in awe of her they are, and she has a pleasantly surprising amount of fun with that.

She's got great taste and I like how she's forefronting performers who I feel don't always get the credit they deserve - Ai Mukai especially, but also Nanami Kawakami and Aoi Kururugi, who have always been favorites of mine, but who I hardly ever see in best of lists.

"Aged like fine wine?" Isn't she like 25? That being said, I recently "discovered" Ai and my word is she a phenomenal performer. I like how she has two career phases - young, and short haired, and slightly older and long haired - and both are amazing. Her KV-210 title is one of my favorites of all time now, and I don't even particularly like creampie porn; she just tears through the guys with a smile, and it's all real as well as far as I can tell.Hey admin, could you guys please do a Top 10 Ai Mukai list to give this actress the love and respect she deserves? She's got more than enough titles to justify such a list, and after all she's an fantastic performer with a really wide range of titles.
