Umi is an actress we don’t talk about nearly enough. That’s the blogger in my speaking, not the guy that watches porn, because she’s not my kind of actress. She’s not my kind of actress on many levels but Umi 6 is more than enough to tell you how popular she is, and honestly she’s one of the bigger names on Prestige. In fact, I might go as far as to say she’s second only behind Remu as a general consensus. It’s nice to see actresses other than just the constant Remu on the list from them, who conveniently is one spot above Umi.

Mitsuri fans will have a good month between a hot summer flick and a hot image video. I’ve gone down quite a ways on Mitsuri, she just has been so bland and is your stereotypical bad performer that all her videos just feel bad to me. Maybe watching some maid or bunny cosplay, or that duo with Kiho Kanematsu (which I actually did hear good things about) is the way to go. Clearly though fans think I’m nuts because they’re more hype than ever with just an IV added to the mix. Maybe IV is the way to watch her because you can just enjoy the visuals and not worry about listening to her squeal.

I feel like Aya Onami never really got the credit she deserved after coming back. I mean let’s face it, she easily has one of the best asses in the game. Even if she’s not the performer or perhaps as nice overall as Nao Jinguji (who is up a couple of spots from her) is, it’s hard to not love that ass. I mean just look at it, hot damn. I know those are only promo pics but I promise you her ass really is that nice, one of the few asses you don’t need to embellish at all.

Like Mitsuri, I find Miyu to be quite underwhelming. Nice physically but man she never really panned out the way I was hoping. Maybe there’s still room for her to improve but she doesn’t really do enough for me these days. Then again, I see photos of her like this and man does she seem pretty perfect. Pretty, busty, a good weight that’s not really skinny trend. Like how do you even say no to her? Sometimes I wonder…

How do you guys feel about cabin attendants? I can’t say that it’s one of m favourite cosplays, maybe I just don’t fly enough. Or maybe I just don’t go on these trips in Japan where you have hotties like miru serving you in more ways than one. It certainly does look hot and I don’t blame fans for enjoying it. I’d be a bit weary about what looks like some rougher stuff just because miru isn’t good at deepthroating, but maybe a collar changes things, or maybe just the plane setting does. Especially if she’s squirting on the plane, which you know she will, that could be really make this a fantastic film.

Just like miru, Riri also has a stewardess film. Interesting to see S1 doubling up on what’s a very unique theme, wouldn’t really expect them to do of these in the same month considering how little they do of it in general. That’s not strictly a bad thing, can’t argue with unique themes like this. It’s interesting to see the differences in them, for example Riri’s seems to take place entirely in the airplane whereas miru’s does not. Similarly, Riri’s has a threesome scene miru’s doesn’t look like it has, again another interesting spin. I think they both look like the actress gets roughed up a bit, and maybe it would have been fun to see a more unique spin, especially with them releasing this close. Then again, I guess it’s probably difficult to do such planning, especially if you have some variability with when the films release. I know I would do it but we all know I’m a bit weird about that kind of stuff. Either way interesting to see and I wonder if these doing well means we can get some more of it down the road.

One should never underestimate how popular Julia can be. This isn’t even much more than a dude and his MIL but apparently that’s all Julia needs. Which granted I’m not really one to say no either, she is one of my all-time favourites after all. Hot MILF, big tits, what’s not to love?

Sometimes I wonder if a cover can make a video more popular than it otherwise would be. Let’s face it, this sort of oil massage video ain’t for me. Maybe the idea of her arching her back in ecstasy makes it a little more palatable for her since she’s already a weak performer, but man I get tired of these generic videos from S1. I will admit though that the eye candy is absolutely nuts here and if you kind of get swept up in her boobs (figuratively or quite literally) I won’t exactly blame you.

Does anyone ever wonder if there are certain things that make an actress more likely to do well post-retirement? It’s been over a year since her last solo release and yet she’s able to have such pull with this film. Part of me wonders if them more suddenly retiring has any input on it. As many of us remember, Ai Hongo had some relationship issues that caused her to publicly apologize and take a step back. I can only hope she’s doing better than back then, and maybe just maybe she’ll come back some day, but it’s very interesting to see that this omnibus is still doing well a few months later.

This isn’t the kind of video I expect to make the top 10 here. I mean sure, we get various compilation videos like this, not really surprised by that, more so that the cast is quite weak. Maybe I’m underestimating the pull Hinako Matsui has but she’s fallen quite a lot from her Kawaii debut. I don’t really see much here and I don’t get what everyone else sees here.

Ren Hibiki (響蓮) coming back was not on my bingo card, not to mention gal Ren for Kira Kira. She does have my interest piqued, maybe not as a gal for Kira Kira but in general just because she was such a strong squirter. I find that as I watch more and more I become attuned to actresses that are particularly noteworthy because of some standout quality. I find myself preferring someone who is particularly skilled as opposed to a jack of all trades, and these sort of middle of the road actresses keep falling lower and lower for me. If Ren only got mega squirting things I’d almost certainly get around to watching her again at some point, though I somehow doubt that narrow of a career is in the works for her. Still, I feel like it’s a possibility at some point she gets the right squirting video to pique my interest again, so here’s hoping she remains rather popular and gets it.

Like Ren, Ruka Itou’s (糸井瑠花) career trajectory was not on my bingo card. I mean look at where she is now, working for whatever random studios pick her up but getting a solid amount of work. This one here is Kan Ran Mono, and I will forgive you if you’ve never heard of them because honestly even I haven’t (or at least not that I can remember). Like what kind of backwater studio is she at now? I will admit she looks rather nice on the cover and all, turns out schoolgirls in various degrees of nudity can be quite nice, though I fully expect a lame video if she’s just in a bedroom the entire time. Still, I always find it interesting when actresses leave major studios, get weak releases, and still somehow manage to be popular. Maybe it’s just a sheer numbers game, but I guess it’s working for Ruka.

Yuki Kanoha (結城花乃羽) continues to be doing reasonably well for herself. I still don’t think she’s gotten much that makes me excited but her body is rather nice. Some of her product codes are kind of interesting, 058, 059, 065, 074, and a random 646 in the middle. Considering I believe they assign the codes when they film it’s very interesting because it looks like a lot of weird things happened. Looks like maybe they delayed her release and filmed multiple pretty close together. If we ever get the chance to interview someone from a studio I’d love to ask a question about them and get to the bottom of it. Either way though, Yuki is starting to become a fan favourite I think. She’s got a decent social media presence, perhaps from some nice photos she has. Turns out having a nice butt can do that and I look forward to see where her career ends up.

Sayuri Hayama (葉山さゆり) has really fallen from grace from her debut as a Madonna exclusive down to whatever the hell she’s currently doing. Feels like a low tier MILF which is maybe where she belonged all along. Many actresses tend to debut at Madonna only for Madonna to weed out the mediocre. I mean let’s face it, working at Aleddin isn’t exactly exciting, and it’s not like I’d be excited about next month working at Hot Entertainment. Maybe some people like this, I’d personally only get excited about this kind of content if they were quite banging, like Shiori Tsukada. I’m not really into Sayuri and can’t say this looks good, but it’s interesting nonetheless to see some people caring.

Is it just me or does Nene Misumi (三澄寧々) feel like she could be Mitsuri Nagahama’s older sister? She has a similar body and even a face that I think slightly resembles just a fair bit more mature. I’m honestly kind of surprised reflecting back that I’m not a bigger fan of hers because she looks pretty solid all things considered. She does seem like my type and who knows, maybe she’ll grow on me and even surpass Mitsuri when I’m as down as I am on Mitsuri. Like Mitsuri I have to wonder if the success is only from the addition of an IV this month, but we’ll have to try and remember for the future if she continues to chart well.

Is it just me or is it crazy that it took this long for Kurea Hasumi (蓮実クレア) to start doing well again? I mean she’s one of the greatest to ever get on camera and her redebut has been exactly what we’ve come to love from her. Maybe it took her getting back on VR to remind people exactly how great that ass is? I don’t know how I feel about VR pegging, I’ve never been a fan of pegging and actively avoid it, and I feel like VR pegging would be even worse. Or who knows, maybe you unlock a new fetish that you can’t recover from? Either way it’s nice to see Kurea doing well and hopefully this keeps up.

I feel like we only just got Nanami Matsumoto (松本菜奈実) back and now she’s going to go off and do independent stuff? Gosh this new AV law is really a buzz kill. I like professional porn and Nanami is one of my favourites. I guess we can all just settle for her in VR like this one, which does look quite nice. I find we don’t get nearly enough office lady VR as it is. I’m also bummed because Nanami finally grew her hair out, something I’ve been hoping to see for years. Maybe I’m crazy in thinking the shorter hair is better, I think it suits her better but then again it might just be the years of it like that creating a subconscious bias. There’s just something off about her hair to me, maybe it feels like it’s a shorter style masquerading as long hair. Either way, I’m just going to hope a handful of good stuff comes out before she’s gone.

Maria Valentine (マリアバレンタイン) has been surprisingly popular to me. You tend to see almost no straight up bimbos in this industry, which is exactly how she self identifies. I’m all for her doing whatever she wants, though I know it’s really not for me. It feels like maybe she has this uniqueness strength since it’s not just the bimbo look but her being only half Japanese (I don’t think they promote it but I’m told she’s half Brazilian). I’m really curious to follow her career cause I’m not quite sure how long it will last. Maybe it’s for other reasons, maybe she’s into some freaky things JAV offers, maybe she pivots once she has some fame, who knows. All I can say is that she’s one of a kind and if you’re interested there’s no time like the present.

It's fun to have a post where I don't talk about Kanna Seto. Oh what, you thought I was going to get through the whole thing without it? Nice try.
