EXCLUSIVE: Alice Nanase Drags Konan Koyoi To Court!

I recently bumped across a tweet thanks to one of our in-house staff who happened to share it, by this specific JAV influencer Takizawa Gareso who’s got over 2.93 million followers, apparently he’s some kind of a big deal in the JAV circles and, let’s just say, my jaw was firmly planted on the floor before I even made it halfway through the tweet.
One might think that with over 2.93 million followers, he’s the authority voice in JAV but it’s quite the opposite, his claims aren’t always taken at face value but let’s just say he’s well-connected in the JAV industry or else why the heck would he team up with FANZA (yes, DMM’s adult wing) for special sales that slash prices of popular JAVs to as low as 100 yen. So this guy’s gossip can be trusted at times.
He happens to have exactly the scoop that one might find interesting, with Alice Nanase & Konan Koyoi at the centre of it.
So Takizawa recently made a tweet about a supposed feud involving Konan, Saika Kawakita, and Alice Nanase. According to him, Konan, who, mind you, recently announced her retirement, had been cozying up to fellow actresses from the industry under the guise of “networking.” Nothing unusual there, right? Until you add her ‘alleged’ husband into the mix.

Apparently, Konan introduced Saika and Alice to an event management company run by her husband. That company, according to Takizawa, had allegedly started selling Saika’s worn underwear and Nanase’s merchandise without their permission.
This might just be a rumor as of now, and makes you think if his statement has any credibility, or if he is just stirring up a scoop to get traction on X and have more sales at the end of the day, but that makes me wonder. When exactly did Konan get married, and why was it kept so low-key? Is her husband really running a company that piggybacks off her connections? And most importantly, did she knowingly set up her colleagues for a scam, or is she just caught in the crossfire?
Fans are split. It might feel like he’s doing it for the clicks, but anyone who follows the industry closely knows rumors have been prevalent for a while.
To add fuel to the fire, Alice Nanase finally cracked with a post on X, confirming part of Takizawa’s statement. As per the 28-year-old, the company linked to Konan did produce and sell her merchandise without her knowledge, and no she never saw a yen from it.
Moreover, when Alice confronted Konan over it, she claimed Konan slid into her DMs to wash her hands of it, saying she had nothing to do with the shady dealings. But Nanase isn’t buying it. For the unversed, she has already consulted with a lawyer and is bound to take legal action. She even issued a public warning, saying multiple people and at least one agency have already been burned by the same folks.
Alice was the first to come out with a statement
It was as if Alice had let floodgates open, and suddenly, everyone had something to say about Konan.
Other industry stars pitched in, including Sora Amakawa, who jumped in with a brutal line: “Even if a person’s character is questionable, as long as their breasts are big enough, they can sell.” That’s a savage reply to say the least!
Even fellow actresses from Konan’s agency didn’t leave behind as Miru posted a cryptic tweet taking a dig at her former colleague that read, “Living a life that makes people hate you will not make your life rich.”
Behind the scenes, it’s confirmed that agencies have quietly warned their girls to steer clear of Konan. The rumors had been simmering for a while, but now that Nanase has gone public, we’ve got a clear picture of the shady dealings of Konan’s husband.
Sora Amakawa took a dig at Konan
But while her industry colleagues have come forward and blasted her with allegations, right, left & center, Konan has been anything but vocal.
Not a single public statement. At first, her silence might look like guilt, but the crux of the matter is that she doesn’t need to say anything. The damage is already done. Her retirement was finalised just a few months back, with her reputation tarnished and her agency peers distancing themselves in record time.
The way I see it, silence might be her smartest move. Anything she says will only add fuel to the fire. And in an industry where attention can be as toxic as it is profitable, sometimes disappearing is the only defense. Konan’s got nothing to lose.
But at the end of the day, it only makes me wonder as to why Takizawa chose to expose this now? He’s already out there making bang for his buck with those FANZA collab sales, selling top JAVs for mere pocket change.
How does defaming Konan even help him move more stock? Or is this his way of flexing his connections, reminding his followers that his connections run deep in the industry?
Maybe he’s just stirring up controversies for fun. Maybe he knows more than he’s letting on. Either way, he succeeded. This particular scandal is on every JAV fan's tongue, and Konan’s back in the limelight even if she’s been given a bad rep about all this.
But let’s zoom out for a second. This isn’t just about shady schemes involving a famous actress & her mysterious spouse. This scandal cuts to the heart of the industry. For JAV actresses, reputation is currency. And while fans may not always care about character after all, fantasy sells regardless within the industry, alliances are everything. Burn one bridge, and you risk losing them all.
Konan’s case is a cautionary tale of how quickly admiration can flip into outrage. One minute, she’s exiting out of the industry gracefully, the next, she’s painted as the puppet master of a shady scheme. Whether she’s guilty or not, it almost doesn’t matter anymore; the stain has set in. It only remains to be seen who will be the next to step forward, sharing their mishap in the hands of the actress.
