Mio Ishikawa's ABSENCE From JAV Has Left Fans Concerned!

Catch up on the most trending gossip that we had our eyes on October

Everyone has been wondering why Mio Ishikawa isn’t filming JAVs like before. This has given rise to rumors. It’s not normal for Mio not to post behind-the-scenes photos on X and call it “Sukebe no Hi,” basically her “Naughty Day.” Whenever Mio had a filming day, it became something fans could look forward to.

But then, later in March this year, the BTS tweets suddenly stopped coming, and naturally fans started wondering: what happened to her? Eventually, the rumors became big enough that Mio addressed them herself through her fanpage. She made it pretty clear. No, she has no plans to retire!

Here’s something worth remembering for fans: no filming does not automatically mean retirement. In Mio’s case, it’s actually pretty obvious once you look at what she’s been doing instead. She hasn’t exactly been sitting around doing nothing.

Between photo shoots and events, Mio has been incredibly busy. In fact, you could probably say she has been working more than current JAV actresses who are still actively releasing JAVs

So why did her fans get nervous? Because fans are fans. Even if she’s still appearing at events and updating her social media, she isn’t actively filming JAVs, though, and as a fan, I understand it’s a bit concerning. Mio is still relatively easy to see at events, but for many fans, that isn’t quite the same thing. They want new work. They want that familiar filming announcement. They want to see the “Sukebe no Hi” posts come back!

Thank god, that’s happening soon: Mio Ishikawa is returning to filming JAVs!

Mio recently announced via X that her latest JAV is available to stream on FANZA. Since she has already taken roughly half a year away from filming, it looks like there may still be a fairly long wait before the next JAV porn arrives.

But she left crumbs for the wary fans. She is scheduled to start filming again this month, so that’s good news for fans! Of course, we probably won’t suddenly get a flood of her JAVs starting tomorrow. After such a long break, the production and release schedule will take some time to catch up. But that’s okay. For now, fans can relax.

She simply took a long break from filming, stayed busy with other work, and is now getting ready to return. If everything goes according to schedule, we could see her brand-new JAVs as early as next April.
