BREAKING: Grab Ai Hongo's JAVs Before They're DELISTED!

I think I have some sad news for the fans of Ai Hongo after she gave a glimmer of hope with a surprise tweet just last month.

We may be seeing the beginning of the end for some of Ai Hongo’s JAVs, as if it wasn’t already evident that she’d be requesting that the studios pull down her work.

Fans have started noticing that a number of her works from her FALENO period, when she was still working under the name Yume Nikaido, are gradually disappearing from the JAV marketplace FANZA, and honestly, this isn’t particularly surprising given what happened with Ai over the past couple of years.

Ai Hongo debuted back in March 2020 with S1 and found herself in a major controversy in 2024 after she was involved in an affair with popular TWITCH streamer Junichi Kato. Following that controversy, she largely disappeared from the mainstream, with no update on making a comeback just yet. Whatever little works she had left in the pipeline ended with what would become her retirement JAV, released by S1 in 2025, bringing an end to her JAV chapter forever.

But now, another interesting development is taking place. Ai’s older FALENO titles are apparently being removed from FANZA, and fans are losing their mind!

So why are they being taken down right now? All of a sudden. Well, there’s a pretty simple theory.

Since Ai debuted in 2020, it would make perfect sense if JAV titles from around five years after her debut are now reaching the point where they’re being removed or otherwise taken down.

At the moment, roughly 21 JAVs from around the earlier half of her career appear to have disappeared, and if that’s actually the pattern, I wouldn’t be surprised if we see even more JAVs vanish over the coming weeks or months.

What’s interesting is that this doesn’t appear to affect her entire catalog. Some of her later JAVs with FALENO are still available, while the titles released after she moved to S1 and eventually retired also remain accessible.

So if you’re a hardcore Ai Hongo fan, now might be a good time to grab your fav Ai Hongo JAVs because once these older JAVs start disappearing, there’s no guarantee they’ll come back.

Apparently, fans aren’t particularly happy about how these removals can affect her collaborative JAVs

One fan complained: “It’s extremely annoying and awful that even if I delete my own work, the collaborative works get deleted as well.” I can understand the frustration.

When an actress wants to remove her own titles, that’s one thing. But when that decision also affects productions where other actresses appeared alongside her, things become a little more complicated.

But thanks to one fan who actually came up with what sounds like a pretty reasonable solution.

Instead of deleting the entire production, why not simply remove the actress’s name and re-publish the collaborative JAV as is? “I hope they don’t delete the works they co-starred in. I hope they just remove the names and leave the works as they are.”

That’s probably the part that will interest collectors the most. Because these aren’t necessarily solo releases. Some of them involve other performers whose work is now effectively caught up in the removal process.

Of course, we don’t know whether every missing JAV is being removed for the same reason, so it’s probably too early to say that Ai’s entire older catalog is about to disappear, but the pattern is certainly worth watching.

For now, her recent FALENO releases and her S1-era, including the S1 anniversary JAV, are still around, so if there are particular JAVs you’ve been meaning to revisit, I’d probably check them out sooner!
