The theme of this adult film is sexual harassment at workplace. It is an Apache production efficiently directed by Masanori. In the film, nurses are sexually harassed by doctors in various areas of the hospital. The entire film takes place in a hospital, except for one scene which takes place in a storage room.

The first scene takes place in the hall of a dimly lit hospital to give the impression that the hospital is closed. While a nurse awaits the elevator to arrive, a doctor arrives and begins to feel her from behind, fondling her breasts, but she walks away from his contact. Another nurse arrives to wait for the elevator after the first one leaves. The doctor begins to molest the new nurse and carries on even when she resists. He unbuttons her uniform to lick her breasts and leans over to tuck her in from the back. The nurse gives him a blowjob and they make love against the wall. The scene is well filmed, but the dim lighting is completely useless and reduces visibility for the viewer. The work of the camera is exemplary and offers the viewer shots with wonderful angles of action.

The second scene takes place in a storage room. A girl is checking the items in storage when her supervisor starts to fondle her breasts from behind. He licks her breasts, fingers her vagina and has sex with her in missionary position. The scene is directed very well with commendable camerawork. The acting is decent with the girl playing a convincing role. The highlight of this scene is when they move to a couch for cunnilingus and sex. There are a couple of more scenes with more of the same but in different parts of the hospital. 

The production value of the film is excellent because the hospital and the storage room seem to look completely realistic. The nurse and doctor uniforms are also of high quality, which makes the film more believable. The direction, solid throughout the film, is particularly good in the last part. The scene, filmed in a doctor's office, is extremely erotic and fascinating. The cinematography is A-grade from start to finish, offering very stimulating visuals for the viewing pleasure. The different actors in the film, all gorgeous and sexy, look very attractive through all the sexual acts in the different scenes. The sexual acts themselves are performed convincingly by the male and female actors in the film. I rate the film as above average, because even if it is not exciting throughout its 184 minute duration, there are enough exciting scenes to hold the viewer's attention.
