I may be one of the few people in the "I don't think AIKA ever had *major* surgery" camp. It's possible she may have had light/outpatient work done, but actual 'under the knife general anesthesia' work I remain doubtful. She debuted in her early 20's and now is surely in her mid-30's. People change as they get older (except Tsubomi because of that weird portrait she has of herself in a closet somewhere).
