Easy: the girlfriends!
Frankly, that's it and in some ways that could be the end of this review because truly, this is a movie that took a tried-and-true theme of JAV game show glory and knew they had a winner on their hands so repeated the formula as closely as possible. And it's a great formula too due to combining so much! Only SOFT ON DEMAND has both the creativity and resources available to make one movie that features people monitoring, hotwife play, a big Japanese bathhouse, glory holes, weird games, suddenly mixed bathing, and multiple rounds of real (yes, real, we'll get to that shortly) creampie sex.
People may wonder at the latter as "real creampie sex" for those who can read Japanese is used so often in JAV media that we're at the point now where a sex scene not ending in missionary sex with a camera cut-away suddenly creampie finish is odd. While here most scenes still end in that position, reality is indeed on SOD's side due to the extra thin mosaic and some finishes making use of the authenticity-approved "pull out for the first squirt and then go back in with zero cuts!" method so populated back in the day by MOBSTERS.
Here, creampies aside, the theme may be the same as the first but one of the three girlfriends (all are cute, let's keep this in mind!) definitely is "the one unlike the others": MAO HAMASAKI. I'm sure I already noted it in a previous review of a movie featuring her, but there's a way she can almost vapidly stare at an erection that normally would be a negative for most any other performer, but for her it defies the odds by having an opposite effect: arousal! Seeing her with her trademark "uhhh" look gazing at a glory hole attempting to guess which is her boyfriend and obviously failing--not a spoiler else these scenes would run a lot shorter!--is JAV heaven. And then--ONLY then--do we get to the actual game portion itself where MAO (and the other two girlfriends who also both predictably fail the glory hole guessing portion) find themselves stark naked in the men's section of a bathhouse attempting to find their ideal penis by walking up to strangers and saying "DICK!" The ideal dick stranger from the glory hole line up will reply with "ROCK HARD!" Otherwise, MAO and others will get weird looks after saying such a thing. But after guessing right? Then and there--you guessed it!--creampie sex all while their boyfriends watch with a mixture of jealousy and yearning only to finally meet their girlfriends much later for romantic yukata-shed makeup sex...raw of course!

+Even though this is a sequel that breaks no new ground, the theme still is super original.
+Big budget, big creativity, big cast, big games, big nakadashi!
+On the subject of nakadashi, the ones that happen here are indeed real.
