Ai Uehara - Passion Continent

Is anyone else having issues with Scene 1? It downloaded just fine, but won't playback properly. Takes forever to start then begins glitching when I try to skip forward. It won't play all the way through even If I don't skip forward. I've deleted and re-downloaded multiple times. Not sure what else to do. No prolems with 2 and 3 or any other movie on the site.
