Could you ever really visit a dentist in Japan, be assigned an extraordinarily cute hygienist, and after having your teeth cleaned receive a somewhat covert and extremely risky handjob in the middle of the clinic?  Is it possible to pull such a feat off?  Wouldn't hygienists and dentists in neighboring stations wonder why everything got so quiet all of the sudden?  Mind you, dentists while not as solemn as libraries still are never-ending choruses of drills, air compressors, and gosh knows what else.  The sounds of heavy breathing, wet stroking, skin slapping against skin, and muffled high-pitched cries of ecstasy should stand out like untreated gingivitis.

Normally doing what happens at the TEMPTATION DENTIST would get a hygienist fired and patient blacklisted.  Thankfully we're deep in JAV fantasy land where the banality of real life is imposed on a smaller screen for some good 'ol fashioned salacious mischief.  TEMPTATION DENTIST with NAO KIRITANI is our third outing in DREAM TICKET's popular series.  What I love about it is how it's really filmed on location.  While there exists studios for nigh on anything, I've never encountered a dentist office available to rent.  Besides, what we see in this series is just too real.  As I've written for previous reviews of movies from this series, I'm certain what we see here is indeed an actual dental clinic.  A perverted dentist--a friend of the director, maybe--agreed to rent out his clinic for a night's worth of adult shooting and thanks to his generosity, we get some fantastic footage of busty NAO KIRITANI, a JAV star whom while young oozes sexuality like nobody's business, taking the lead with surprised and horny patients.

There's little in the way of tame activities in TEMPTATION DENTIST.  There's no cozy bed, no intimate couples being well...intimate together.  What we get is #holdthemoan nigh on from the get-go with sex increasing in risk.  Handjobs become full-on penetration right in the middle of the clinic.  A blowjob and then some is provided in the customer waiting room at the entrance.  The x-ray room?  Far from safe as extra passionate coitus is carried out by a very assertive NAO KIRITANI.  She dominates and then some.  In fact, so far DREAM TICKET has done a fantastic job with casting.  There hasn't been a dud title yet and I sure hope their streak of great quality daring JAV content continues.

As a fan of butts, my only problem with TEMPTATION DENTIST was a lack of good angles.  NAO KIRITANI appears to be packing something dangerous in the caboose and we sadly don't really ever get a great look at it.  It's understandable given the extremely risky nature the director wished to convey, but damn...ass men like myself may feel a tad left out once this 124 minute release concludes.  It's still hard to complain because besides that, we get nothing but some hyper-realistic sex at work.
