Panking's 2025 JAV Retrospective: Top 20 Best Videos of 2025 Part 1

2025 is in the books, so now it's time to count down my top 20 favorite films of the year. I've split the post into two halves, as this one will cover videos 20-11. It was a bit tricky at times, figuring out the placement of my list as all these films are amazing in their own right. Don't get too hung up on the exact order. And if you're wondering just how much booba will be on my list, the answer is yes. Now let's kick things off with a VR experience.

If you've been following my posts, you'll easily recognize this one as I just highlighted it in my recent VR Digest post. It was easily one of the very best VR films I watched in 2025. How could it not be with this sensational team-up between Alice and Mizuki? They're by far one of the best duos in JAV. So what makes this one so great? A key ingredient to any satisfying VR film is the plot. As a result, it makes the experience much more engaging. And this one has you covered with the pair fighting to win you over in a casino. Alice plays a voluptuous devil while Mizuki plays a bubbly angel. It's a lighthearted affair bolstered by their strong chemistry together and engaging performances.

I loved how each played their role to fit their personality. Alice was far more sultry, while Mizuki was quite cheerful. And there's plenty of action to go around. From blowjobs to tittyfucks and of course, a nice threesome to round it off. But above all else, the eyecandy factor is off the charts. That's always one of the biggest factors for a VR release and boy do these two look amazing here. Mizuki looks nice but Alice is just on a whole other level. Those juicy dummy thick curves and huge tits have never looked better. And the outfits do a top-notch job of showcasing this. All this easily makes for a banger of a VR film.

When Nao Masaki is behind the wheel, you know you're in for a good time. And once again, she delivers. Not only is this an amazing film but it's easily Himeka Iori's best work to date. The setup revolves around a man who works in an office with a flirty subordinate in Iori. She frequently walks around braless and is the center of attention. One day she has a drink with him on a date which leads to the pair going back to a hotel room and having sex. We then follow them as they get it on not only in the office but back at her place too. I really enjoyed this setup as I love OL themes, especially with how it put Iori in the driver's seat for once and let her take charge. It's a refreshing sight.

The production values are even more outstanding. That should come as no surprise, given it's Nao Masaki and Madonna. The film strikes a fine balance of nude and clothed sex, especially with keeping her OL wardrobe partly on during the action, which is a nice touch. The lighting all around is top-notch with a nice variety and complements her figure perfectly. The camerawork is on point too capturing great close-up shots as well as wider angles too. The action is no slouch either. The tittyfuck scene was very satisfying thanks to a risk element and it featuring a real cumshot. The sex scenes are all brilliant with the highlight being the 2nd one, as they make superb use of the office setting and the position variety is terrific. Nao Masaki cooks up another banger yet again.

Momona's 2025 output was miles better than anything released in 2024. I even have her as one of the biggest winners of the year. A refreshing turnaround. It wasn't long into 2025 that she released this banger of a film. A major reason why it's so good is its genius setup. It's simple but extremely effective casting Momona as a provocative girl next door who easily seduces her neighbor by flaunting her huge tits. It's perfectly suited for Momona as she not only has the look but the acting to help sell it. She's very charming and inviting while boasting great energy. And that smile of hers can really light up a room. I can confidently say this is easily one of her best performances to date. But that's not all as the production values are also on point.

The camerawork is superb and the inclusion of full POV for the last scene is brilliant. The lighting is also fantastic as it goes for a more softer approach which suits her body well. Not to mention Momona's hair/makeup looks amazing. And there's plenty of action to go around with three sex scenes and a blowjob scene. There's a huge emphasis on cowgirl which I didn't mind too much as it gives you a prime view of her juicy figure. I did appreciate the element of risk when he's talking on the phone to his GF while she's actively fucking him. It's just a bit of spice to heat things up. Whether you've been slacking on Momona lately or just haven't given her a chance yet, this is THE film to dive in with. It's very accessible with a great plot and an even better performance.

When you have Nao Masaki behind the helm, good things happen. She's a master of her craft and this film is yet another brilliant showcase of her talent. If there's one thing Nao knows how to do, it's collab films. She sets the table with a nice enough setup, casting the trio as horny housewives lusting after a neighborhood fellow. They invite him over to their place with the promise of a free meal to thank him for his assistance. However, he gets much more than he bargained for. It all makes for a tantalizing fantasy that I'm sure any JAV fan would love to experience. A near nonstop foursome with three busty housewives? What's not to love?

For a fulfilling collab, you need good chemistry to go along with, and this film has that in spades. What's particularly nice is how they constantly try to stay engaged all throughout. Non Ohana is perhaps the biggest highlight as she ends up soaked with sweat. There's also some minor girl-on-girl interactions that are greatly appreciated. The lighting deserves a major shoutout too as it's expertly handled and widely varied. The second scene is easily the standout with its excellent use of shading, creating a nice moody atmosphere. Couple this with some fun foursome action and it's easy to see why this film is deserving of its spot. Nao Masaski continues to build on her GOAT directorial resume.

Hana Himesaki had a pretty great year all around. She released several bangers with another one soon to come in the second half of my list. Now, admittedly, I did struggle with deciding which Hana film to place here. I was torn between this and FPRE-199. Both were excellent but I gave the slight edge to FPRE-196. How could you not with a stunning cover like that? Even better when the film actually delivers on it. The setup may not be particularly innovative, with it essentially being a simple massage theme, but the execution is what lands it on my list. Hana's bubbly and lively performance really help it stand out. This is especially apparent during the terrific paizuri scene where she gets to showcase her skills, all shot entirely in POV.

She's just incredibly charming from start to finish. Not to mention she looks amazing thanks to her sexy wardrobe with several noteworthy outfits and superb lighting. It's extremely well done. The action is no slouch either with plenty to enjoy. We get three sex scenes to whet our appetite and a nice tittyfuck scene with a real cumshot to boot. What's most impressive is easily the sex scenes themselves. The position variety is outstanding. We even get to see Hana's signature "spider cowgirl". The only real hangup that keeps this from placing higher is the lame male squirting handjob scene. Replace it with another tittyfuck or blowjob scene and it'd come close to cracking my top 10. That said, it's still a brilliant watch and an easy must-watch for any Hana fan.

Jun Megami has quickly become one of my favorite new actresses. I gave her a look through a First Impressions post and was immediately hooked. She's the complete package with a banging body and top-notch acting chops. This film serves as an excellent showcase of that. Just as the title suggests, it's all about masturbation support or JOI(jerk off instructions). This means it's entirely shot in POV, which I'm a huge fan of. It also gives Jun a wonderful opportunity to flex her performance ability. She's extremely engaging and those cheerful facial expressions really amp up the immersion. I also greatly appreciate that each scene incorporates a somewhat unique theme such as a nurse or bunnygirl. This greatly helps in keeping the scenes feeling fresh.

Another caveat to this setup that I haven't mentioned yet is the focus on facials, hence the cover. Every scene is capped off with a real, genuine facial. And those scenes are all fantastic to boot. Each one is evenly balanced and utilizes a surprisingly nice variety of positions. It gets off to a slightly slow start but it's wheels up after that. The film definitely saves the best for last as the bunnygirl scene is easily the biggest highlight. It not only features the sexiest outfit but also the best lighting of the bunch. If you've never checked out Jun before, this is an ideal film to start with. It's simple but the execution is great and is further bolstered by Jun's standout performance. And who doesn't love POV and facials?

I may have only just recently gotten on board the Nao Satsuki bangwagon but I'm here all the same. It seems I joined at a perfect time too as she prepares to spread her wings a budding freelancer. Her potential is limitless. While it was bittersweet seeing her move on from SOD, at least she went out with a bang-er. I gotta give SOD major props for this one. How often do you see studios send their actresses out on a high note with bukkake, gangbangs, and cum swallowing. Yes, you get all that here in spades. Each scene features her either taking multiple loads to the face or gulping them all down. Not only that but she gets gangbanged as well.

There is just a ton of action to go around. It's such a breath of fresh air. The production values are no slouch either. The lighing is brilliant and even better is the camerawork. It manages to steadily capture all the gangbang action without feeling too frantic, along with some stunning close-up shots. But perhaps best of all is just how damn good Nao looks here. Her wardrobe is on point with some full-body fishnets and a white lingerie piece in the last scene. She herself is in remarkable shape too. Her chest is just incredible and is easily among the best in the game right now. And this is all capped off with a solid performance from Nao as she takes all this like a champ. This is the definition of "going out with a bang". Other studios should take note.

Yu Tano in one of my favorite series? And it's all shot in POV? What's not to love? I was waiting for something like that, as I thought she'd be an ideal fit for it. It did not disappoint. The setup is genius with Yu Tano playing your girlfriend's little sister who can't help but lure you away by teasing her huge naturals. You try to resist the temptation but we all know how it goes. Soon enough, she's milking your dick with her massive tits behind your GF's back. It's very daring and makes for some entertaining scenes. I will say the element of risk could've been more pronounced. However, the other elements here more than make up for it.

Her cheerful and upbeat personality really shines through. A lot of that is owed to the POV camerawork. The sense of immersion is fantastic and is further enhanced by her strong performance. Her bubbly smile and facial expressions just light up the screen. The cozy and gentle lighting complements this perfectly. Of course, this is all for nothing if the real meat and potatoes(the action) isn't up to par. Thankfully, it more than delivers. Not only is there plenty of sex but also lots of tittyfucking. It serves as a brilliant showcase of her paizuri skills. It's always nice to see an actress with a huge rack who knows how to use it properly. This all makes for what is easily one of her best videos to date.

Himari had several standout releases throughout 2025(with one more to come later on). This one was very close to breaking through into my top 10 but one minor frustration keeps it in check. However, it's still a brilliant film. The setup alone is worthy enough of a spot on its own. It's a genius premise that casts Himari as a stepmom who is frustrated with her stepson's addiction to his titty sex toys. In an effort to break him of this habit, she offers up her own boobs to play with. She quickly learns that his libido is unbreakable as he just keeps cumming over and over. I'm sure you can guess what happens next. This is just a perfect role for Himari. Not only does she have the body type for it but also the persona as well.

She manages to strike a fine balance between lust with a bit of shame. The lighting deserves major props too as it gives each scene its own distinct flair. The camerawork is on point too and even gives us some lovely POV. And the action is just as good. There's a ton of titty play and paizuri which is made ten times more enjoyable thanks to her performance. The sex scenes are all fantastic in their own right too. My one hang-up is with the over-the-top use of body oil in the last scene. This director seems to have a fetish for that type of thing as it's a constant in all his films. I didn't hate it does get mildly annoying. It's not enough to ruin the experience as it's an otherwise superb watch and one of Himari's best videos ever. It's a genius premise with excellent execution.

Anyone who knows me probably guessed that this would make my list at some point. It stars two of my favorite actresses together in one spicy collab. It's a film that nails just about everything, starting with the ever-so-fitting setup that sees the pair working at a maid cafe that caters to masochistic men. The duo indulges in their desires to be bullied and humiliated. It's a genius premise that obviosly suits the duo perfectly. It's right up their alley as it allows them to flex their naturally bratty and spunky on-screen persona. They really lean into the domination aspect as you'll routinely see them slap the guy and sit on his face, on top of teasing him relentlessly.

They also vibe with each other very well and share great chemistry. The action is no slouch either but plenty of meat to go around. You get your fill of three sex scenes and two assjob scenes to boot. I love how balanced the screentime is between the duo and the array of positions is solid for a femdom film. The wardrobe is another major highlight. You just can't go wrong with some classic slutty maid outfits. Couple this with some brilliant lighting and pacing, and you've got a real winner. The only thing that keeps it out of my top ten is the lack of any meaningful interaction between Alice and Hana. Just a little bit would've gone a long way. It's still a fantastic collab though. If you like maids and femdom, it doesn't get any better than this.
