Oppaira's JAV Watchlist Review - July 2025 - ft. Akari Mitani and Aika Yamagishi in WAAA-511

Hey guys, Oppaira here with some reviews for July's top videos. I'm late enough in getting these out so let's go check them out shall we.

I feel like I say this a lot but hentai adaptations keep feeling like they're picking ones that were popular from good artwork - this does not translate well to live adaptations. I want a video that is interesting, not one where the whole value comes out of how nice the actress looks. I mean sure, Momo is going to look attractive wearing glasses in a doctor's outfit (although I felt like she seemed a bit too skinny but that's a topic for another day), but Momo is going to look pretty in anything. You really need to set yourself apart with the content and slowly going from a handjob to standard sex isn't going to cut it. I don't want to watch two hours of you in an exam room, give me a little something extra. There were times where Momo was her normal bubbly self but I find she has to do that the entire time or else it's going to fall flat like it did. Sure, I'll remember she giggled and had some dialogue during sex, but I'll equally remember long bouts of her moaning. Even as a Momo fan I don't think this is the one to watch, try to find something a little more interesting with her being a little more bubbly.

Kana Kusakabe convinces her friend Rena Momozono to come shoplift at a konbini. Unlucky for them as they get caught by one of the employees. "If you show me your boobs I'll forget this happened" he says, only to later be like "but I can't forget that I've seen your boobs". Eventually Kana and Rena start swooning for him.

I always find myself getting suckered into this plot. I look at it and think there's two busty babes, there's a konbini theme, that's enough. Time after time it turns out to just be fine. Like yeah it gets the job done... sort of. There wasn't any interaction aside from some positions that felt like they were close, like one bent over the other or some double paizuri, things like that. That's not to say it was inherently bad, that stuff is very visually catching. Which is really just the main thing the video had going for it, two curvy women who stack up well in a theme I can enjoy. Well, maybe enjoy is a strong word, or maybe the strong word is theme, because the theme gets lost very fast when they're just a couple of schoolgirls or something as opposed to the konbini staff. Or maybe not even schoolgirl when Kana looks as mature as she does next to Rena. Which is also a nice thing about the two of them standing similar enough to not overshadow but different enough to give some variety. Part of me wanted to complain about there being a random couch in the back room because why, but another part of me wanted to just enjoy that you got couch sex in the mix. It is what it is, watch it and enjoy the eye candy, don't expect a ton else, but overall still have a decent enough time.

What an absolutely fantastic video this was, to nobody's surprise. Akari does this sort of dom performance well, and when you actually do an izakaya style nice of course it would be great. The plot had all sorts of variety, from her sneakily doing it with one guy on a date to gangbanging a party and everything in between. The public feeling of the plot without being out in public and having to blur the entire film was great. We can also just enjoy how wonderful Akari is at this sort of thing, being assertive, deepthroating, kissing, everything you could want. The setting really leveled up the variety of the action being able to use benches, tables, whatever they had available at the time. Akari also had some spicy outfits on clearly to have some fun, but even short shorts and a tube top were nice enough. If I had to give any criticism just to say there was something, it was her being a bit submissive in the gangbang as the guys fucked her hard enough she couldn't keep up the more dominant side. But honestly, this is easily one of the best videos of the year and an absolutely fantastic showing from Akari.

I'm never quite sure what to make of duo videos for this series. On the one hand double the actress is double the fun, but it sort of gets a little in over its head quite quickly. There's sometimes too much going on that you don't focus and lose sight of the reward. Or maybe it's a good thing if you're trying to hold out like the guys are. Getting to creampie both of them is obviously nice but some scenes went a different route with multiple guys. I get wanting to have that kind of variety but it was really awkward when one guy won and his friend lost. You knew he wanted to fuck them and couldn't, and I'm half surprised he didn't. The outfits were pretty nice though, like you can never go wrong with your classics like schoolgirl, bloomers, maid, and competitive swimsuit. And for what I found in the plot clumsy the fact the two of them are best friends helped keep them feeding off each other's energy. They were rather delightful even if their technique was a bit lacking. Paizuri was obviously (and sadly) off the table and they didn't really deepthroat either. The slight bits of lesbian stuff only made me sad there wasn't more. I would say I still quite enjoyed it but it wasn't quite good enough to cut for a top 10 list.

Mina Kitano's sister brings home her boyfriend, and just at the right time as she's chilling in her bikini. She decides to have some fun by showing off her body, especially her boobs, to the new guy. Whoops, he might have actually gotten interested? And oh, is that him staring at me while he's having sex with her? I guess it's time he bangs the better sister.

I expected quite the video from Mina doing this; I mean, I've seen what Mina can do and this series is my favourite. I was wrong, not that it was bad but it wasn't the slam dunk I anticipated. Mina's performance was a bit lacking, a little bit too rigid of a performer. Where I expected her to be assertive and dominate the pace it was just average. Her boobs didn't give her much in the way to do paizuri and it felt like she was overcompensating with her loud noises during blowjobs. Sure, things visually looked good when she would get into different positions, but again that only goes so far. At least everything was solidly risky, that part they nailed. It's unfortunate Mina's release didn't hold up to my high bar, and hopefully the next pro they get in the series can.
