JAV Sales Report - November 2025

Welcome to the November sales report. I hope you're ready for the holidays and if not, maybe there's time to grab a JAV release or two for that special someone, or yourself because you should treat yourself. Let's get right into it.

Sometimes I feel like Marina is the queen of IV. She seems to do so many of them and not for the bigger names either, this one for Naked Actress. The screens look interesting and fun and I’m sure that’s a big part of her push.

How do you guys feel about Nanoka Hatsumi? She’s a recent debut for S1 and not the omega busty kind. I’ve made my piece with who I am and I’m not so big on her, but it looks like the domestic crowd is. Showing up at 23rd isn’t the strongest showing (and you can see other debuts eclipsing her) but hey, sowing up here at all is good.

Yuna has an IV contributing to her success this month and it’s not surprising why. I was thinking about how Yuna is doing lately and I think she’s redesigned her image a bit. She’s still every bit as attractive but her former RBF (resting bitch face) doesn’t feel like it’s there anymore. With her maturity her features softened and now that pretty face seems to be more on display. I feel like IVs do her well because she’s more often than not a weak performer, so if there’s an IV to watch (even above Marina’s) it’s this one.

Many actresses are doing well this month and I’m going to guess it’s this giant VR film. Konatsu up 21 spots, Rima up 20, even Yui up 5 spots into third place. What can I say, people like their group videos and group VR is even rarer.

I’m not surprised to see this pair up here when they have a VR together. I’m glad to see the two of them together again, they’re a nice pair, especially now that Aika is in MILF territory (she’s 31 if you can believe it). I always feel like some of the more veteran S1 actresses

Miyu is an actress where this cover epitomizes everything about her. She looks great on the cover, the content looks like it would be interesting, and I might get suckered into a mid film. I’ve lost my faith in her but gosh darn it I can’t help myself sometimes. I think they’ve noticed that because her December film similarly has some huge cleavage. Maybe not as nice but like even if you’re doing a weak narrative or theme you just sell that cute face big cleavage. She punches above where I think she belongs and I wonder quite how long she’ll continue this.

Aki Sasaki returning to JAV is a special occasion. She is definitely one of the better actresses I’ve seen, and that praise coming from me of all people given her bust is saying something. Fun fact she was once in my top 10 actresses, she’s that good. Who knows what a redebut will entail, some of them are great, some of them are quite bad (looking at you Asahi and Minori), we’ll just have to hope that Aki in her mid 40s (which realistically might be 50) has still got it.

What a release this is, a Moodyz mega film with a dozen actresses is insane. There are some interesting exclusions like no Himari nor Ren Gojo but it’s got most of the rest of the roster. Maybe they didn’t want some of the less busty actresses like Ichika to get overwhelmed, I’m just kind of sad not to see them side by side considering the plots I’ve written involving Ichika and busty actresses. Moodyz definitely led the resurgence post-covid with Bako Bako Bus Tour and I’m happy to see more of this

Yua Fukuda is a debut that seems a little overhyped. From the trailer it seems like her boobs are fake, and there’s just the right level of touch up on the cover to make her look great. I tend to be very cautious with debuts, looking at trailers at a bare minimum before deciding because I hate being bamboozled. She’s not quite a bamboozle but she’s no Kanna Seto. I don’t quite see why she’s quite this popular (on both physical and digital) but hey, we’ll see where it goes.

Noa Haruna is definitely the kind of woman that will stand out in an image like that. I do think some of her proportions are a bit exaggerated as covers tend to do, but she definitely does have a lovely pair of boobs. I know Pan especially is a huge fan of hers. She seems to have found the right place in the industry where she’s getting steady opportunities around the industry and we’ll have to see how long she can hold that up for.

Looks like we’re finally starting to have some real competition between Kanna Seto (瀬戸環奈) and Saika Kawakita (河北彩花). On Bookmate they are 1 and 2 respectively, on DMM physical they were 2 and 1 respectively. It’s nice to see some healthy competition, though I wish it wasn’t just S1 only competition. I wonder what it will be like when Kanna starts getting good quality videos, maybe she will eclipse Saika even further.

I feel like every month we get another big deal S1 debut. Like seriously they have so many. Just look at this list of 25, there’s at least 10 S1 actresses here. Soa strikes me as looking better than 79F boobs are, I’m always shocked that’s what she’s officially listed as. Either way she seems reasonably popular now and we’ll have to see where she ranks when the dust settles.

Momose Jogasaki (城ヶ崎百瀬) in 36th seems to be doing well for herself, and I can’t tell if it’s just a matter of holy fuck those are big or there’s something else underneath. I feel like at this point we’re getting to a point where if she was just a novelty it would be wearing off. Even though we don’t quite have anyone with N cup boobs (that letter is literally avoided at all costs for some reason) we have plenty of others with huge boobs to round things out. A couple on the first 25, another on this page, so it feels to me like Momose has to be a little more than boobs to stand out. Maybe she is if nothing than she stands alone at Madonna with that bust size and S1 is a bit bland, but I’ll be curious to see how things go for her as she gets to her first anniversary. At least for now I'm excited for Momose in VR.

Every time I look at Haru Minami (みなみ羽琉) I just want to go gawd dayum. I have pretty much the same reaction he does and it’s no surprise why. Those boobs are incredible, easily top 10 in the business right now if not the single best pair. She’s been filming pretty consistently and I think people are responding quite positively to it, particularly if her ranking here is any indicator.

Satsuki Kiraoka (桐岡さつき) is doing very well, way better than I could have ever anticipated. She’s old and quite frankly looks like she steps out for a smoke when you’re out for dinner with her. And yet here she is doing well on Bookmate. Maybe people are developing a thing for older women with short hair? Sanae Takaichi does bare some resemblance to that remark so who knows what people are thinking.

Has anyone noticed that Nao Jinguji (神宮寺ナオ) dropped to filming once a month? I never really thought too much about it until I started looking. She has just 12 solo films this year across both studios. Some months are 0 some are 2 just depending on when the studio scheduled it. It was even slightly worse last year and I gave up looking. I feel like maybe I knew this once upon a time but I have so much going through my head JAV related that I must have forgotten. Either way it’s a shame to see her releasing just once a month because I think a lot of how much I enjoyed her was having so many options to pick from. You can even see it in the immediate results with November’s release looking way nicer than December’s release even if November’s release wasn’t quite as good as I had hoped. That has always been the thing, watch enough of her and you’ll find enough good content, but with it cut in half… we’ll just have to see.

In 76th and 81st place we have two Haruka debuts, Haruka Namba (南波明花) and Haruka Kitagawa (北川遥). Madonna actresses tend to do quite well at Bookmate, maybe a little more representative of older dudes preferring physical media compared to the younger, more tech-savvy crowd. Regardless these two debuts both look decent, maybe there’s a chance for a full review of them on the blog.

Hibiki Otsuki (大槻ひびき) is doing alright for herself since becoming a dual exclusive for Das and Wanz Factory. It’s so strange seeing her as an exclusive considering how long she’s been in the industry as a freelancer but hey, kudos to her for getting that bag. I think they’re starting a little light if I’m being honest because I know both studios are capable of much more than this. Maybe the Das one is better than I suspect but Wanz Factory has definitely been bland.
