Pissing Up the Place? You’re spot on with the humor in JAV. I like a touch of wacko in my adult entertainment, and JAV overall can do this almost magically. For me, it’s a part of the sweet subtlety of Japanese culture. However, we may be crossing over into absurdity with the “squirting” at this point. While there is a scientific basis for some squirt fluid originating in the Skene’s glands, well over 90% is simply urine. In effect, it’s just women pissing up the place. This can be an honest, natural phenomenon, but in the real world of real world fucking, it’s rarely seen. And factually, it does not always indicate orgasm. I am not a fan of adult video latching onto this as what now seems an almost necessary element of female satisfaction. As a holy water fan, I also see this as sadly wasteful. And what began as a squirt has now devolved to gushing at firehose proportions. I just wrote about the new Zenra release, “Job Hunting Women Play the Cling Wrap Sumata Game First Half,” and while it’s not suggested as a fetish film exactly, the “squirting” by Himari Kinoshita is geyser like. At one point, she is sucking a man standing with his foot literally submerged in a pool of piss she has left behind. I suspect the “squirting” is now something new and possibly even exciting to a lot of folks. I also think, like all things, it too shall pass. If you like it, enjoy it while it’s here, I guess. And be glad you aren’t the one cleaning the sets after these scenes finish!
This contributes to why and how JAV has rescued me from what is often a wasteland of Western adult video. This and also the understated yet classy clothing Japanese women wear (This should not go unnoticed, yes, weird I am!!).
Even after reading this, I cannot fathom why it would matter. Seems a bit like asking if a department store should sell hot dogs. I'm watching to see good acting of a sexual nature. I don't care if you're also the director, or the janitor, for that matter. If you can do a decent job acting out a sex scene, why not? Perhaps it saves the cost of another actor. Perhaps it adds an element not otherwise available or even planned necessarily. Actors, as far as I know, are not part of the casting department. I'd be surprised if any actor had a contract clause allowing them to veto certain actors. They are paid to perform with the acting staff provided by the studio and director. The "legitimate" film world has directors performing acting roles in their own movies commonly. It's not unusual for an actor to transition to directing and to play a role in movies he or she directs --- best known would be Clint Eastwood. There's an idea for a creative studio --- get Clint Eastwood to direct and perform in a JAV! Then we'll have a good reason to talk about directors performing in their films.
