There are a number of tricks up my sleeve as to how to go about writing a review for a massive 5 hour (!!!) movie consisting of 20 scenes (!!!) of Japanese wives all seeking...well, 'solace' at a medical clinic. I will out of those options go with the one that feels most appropriate: describing the background and working it in with NHI budget cuts. The funny thing about the entire setup is it seems to have been shot in a similar supply closet type of room we've seen other movies of late used by HOT ENTERTAINMENT**. Some may consider this panning, but not here: given the reality at times of public work projects in Japan in the 21st century, this is quite possibly the most realistic thing in this movie. And thus, I salute the team behind it for pushing for extreme realism with the background at last. For the play itself? If you've seen movies of this sort, the reality is stretched as thin as egg yolk mixed with gelatin or whatever artificial semen is created with nowadays.

** Those with even partially functional eyes will see the box cover and wonder if we made a mistake. A few years ago HOT ENTERTAINMENT created a new studio called GOONIES (not to be confused with the movie) and given almost everything they shoot will never have a place on ZENRA, the sliver of movies we licensed from it we have decided just to show under the HOT section of our site. These movies are effectively the same both in the teams shooting them and the production finesse used.

Per the medical exams themselves, SEXUALLY FRUSTRATED WIVES SEEK SOLACE A THE GYNECOLOGY CLINIC is actually on point when it comes to how assembly line they feel--and here I refer to the yearly community group exams that are indeed held not in hospitals (though one can get 'private' exams done there with a slightly higher out of pocket fee), but in most any community center. The flow remains the same across all 20 encounters: quick interview, get on the table and let's have a look at you, erotic touching, erotic fingering, perhaps erotic licking, concluding with erotic creampie all covered by NHI. Like other movies with similar themes, this comes down primarily to one's taste in women. I'm happy to see MIORI HARA cast; an under-rated super compact but perfectly formed JAV star if there ever was one now advances to MILF roles to the added delight of her dedicated fanbase. But of course it's not only about compact Japanese women, but those of all sizes just wanting to ensure their most feminine parts are functioning correctly. Sadly, we never totally find out because each scene pretty much ends in traditional Japanese doctor-speak of "you look fine, but come again next week and I'll double check" (ie, come back so I can ding NHI again and fatten my pay!).
