As someone who has been to the actual offices of SOD, I can attest that what you see in these female employee movies is indeed the real deal...in terms of the actual offices.

But is the actual stark naked female employee aspect based on reality or something else? Cameras don't lie and while what happens in today and Friday's absolutely jam-packed four hour update may not necessarily reflect the realities of being a new hire at Japan's best adult video company, it's become such a time-honored tradition that for now let's pretend at least it's a video diary of actual occurrences.

In a way, it's ironic we're back with another new hire movie so soon but the concept rocks, this is an update going up January (sorry if you're reading this at another time, close your eyes and visualize COLDNESS) when a new year does indeed begin, when things can reset, when female employees can help male coworkers with their libidos so they can focus extra hard on all those random tasks those with the "salaryman" moniker seem to carry out. The story, actually, goes deeper and what makes the SOD Female Employee series so successfully year after year well into its second (or third?) decade is how it combines realism with fantasy while keeping a straight face. Everything from stripping in front of a huge group of clothed employees to showing off their most intimate areas a strange form of introductions to giving handjobs to others in the middle of the office to also having sex--not solely for pleasure's sake, but to thoroughly try out goods--also in the middle of the office are presented not as "Porny JAV", but simply acts needed to make a company function.

SOFT ON DEMAND FEMALE EMPLOYEES FROM SHY COLLEGE STUDENTS TO HAVING SEX IN FRONT OF HUGE AUDIENCES is not our first and certainly far from our last outing with this theme. While smaller affairs may sometimes--surprisingly!--be more popular with some of our users, I view these movies as the quintessential form of what makes JAV so gosh darn unique. Stepping out of the box for a bit, could anyone imagine any of the larger western porn conglomerates pulling off a movie like this? That unlike JAV most of the huge entities act so mysterious the answer remains doubtful. SOD is established and as noted, this really is their building they are filming in. Truly one of a kind, the leaders of "weird JAV", trailblazers since day one. I can't say for sure if I'd ever want to be a corporate cog, but movies like this featuring such audacious group outings, such insane and deviously successfully commercial sex toy tie-ins, and of course the huge groups and sex in the most audacious of places make these have reply value like none other.
