Many believe the issue in JAV is a lack of actors but this may not be the case. At least according to DREAMROOM, it's kind of an odd situation: many an actress hopeful, but reasons not totally clear, for their standards at least only four (plus a cute hostess long-term JAV fans may have seen before) have made the cut. And not the final one either! We're in playoff season here in CARIBBEAN LATE NIGHT TV JAV STAR TRYOUTS and somehow a winner will be decided though the criteria is something only a JAV director on a mid-tier budget could have come up with.

Its unusual for this studio to film movies that go beyond a single hour (or so) slice of sexy fun. While it goes way beyond the scope of this review, once upon a time these types of no mosaic JAV movies with unusual plots, larger groups, and run-times longer than average were never exactly common, but still came out with some amount of regularity. Things change and the 'underground' industry as well: this reviewer at least thinks more of it is filmed than ever, but less of it is especially unique. Thus, eager JAV star hopefuls attempting to make it big done in a way that emulates early morning hour CS programming that later segues to real creampie sex while everyone watches is a unicorn in disguise.

The flow of LATE NIGHT TV JAV STAR TRYOUTS is actually pretty cool and as a light spoiler for a future update by another studio, the part featuring the plastic dividers comes back (and for those who want more right away, we've an update for that as well). Picture four hopefuls, one cute hostess, and the actor in a suit whom I've been calling 'Budget Steve' given his often turning up in lower budget releases. Shot as a 'live broadcast' with fans all across the nation tuning in and voting, we see sexy challenges that begin with some amount of stripteasing and string bikini tryouts before oral prowess and bodily (and facial!) reactions are put on display. The winner, after voting concludes, gets to commence her career right away as those who did not make the cut watch and...uh, masturbate.

This one features no performers of note, but the uniqueness and just how fun it is more than make up for it. The second half features the actual 'sex while everyone watches' moment making for a relatively tame low skin on display first half, but don't disregard it! The humor, the escalation, and gosh knows what else make the movie when taken as a whole something very special to have come out of JAV Land.
