Riasu is incredibly outgoing and surely will prosper in the industry.

Per Fanza and region-blocking, the reasoning is due to foreign credit card processing and certain types of gray area content. This, I believe, was a very long time coming. For more information on why JAV can seemingly shoot and sell normally NG content, please do a search on the blog for "JCB".
