How do you feel about sports debuts? I look at these as a dime a dozen as I can’t remember a single one who was worthwhile. Which is strange, you’d think that someone with a swimmer’s body would do well in porn. Maybe there’s something there with Sena, because her body does look solid all around, though she herself does not look like much of a looker. Kind of hard to say but knowing E-Body’s track record with this exact kind of debut, I won’t get my hopes up.

Instead of a swimmer how do you feel about a gymnast? Anything that offers great flexibility is a big deal and Sana looks like she has great flexibility. I think about Kanna Fuji whose flexibility is a huge part of what makes her so great, being extremely unique. And unlike Sena, Sana is debuting at Moodyz, someone who actually can put up some good results. This is definitely not the video I’ll watch if I do, unfortunately the gymnastics outfit will get in the way of things, but I’m sure she’ll get other things. It does make me wonder, have we ever really had a good gymnast debut? Would they focus on the gymnastics theme the way they’ve focused on Rui Shido’s gravure past or how Emika Shirakami is always in some schoolgirl plot? I feel like they won’t but it might be interesting. Either way, will keep an eye out on Sana.

Holy moly that’s an ass. It says 95cm but man numbers are made up sometimes, if they come back saying 100 I won’t scoff. But who cares, Asuka looks like she has a nice ass and a toned figure to compliment it nicely. I’m not an ass guy so maybe Asuka is a little lost on me, but she looks fairly decent and maybe they can make something of her.

It’s not often that Dahlia gets these Monroe type debuts in their mid 40s, especially ones that look as nice as Saki does. I don’t know about you guys but there’s just something about someone older who looks nice, and honestly when they’re perhaps pushing 50 and still look hot, damn. I can’t really get a good sense of how big her boobs are though it feels like the answer is “a little smaller than is ideal”. Still, she looks fairly solid all things considered and we’ll have to see if there’s any staying power behind her.

Okay a black belt martial artist is certainly a thing I’ve seen before, and I have seen actual JAV with a martial arts outfit on, so this is definitely not a first for me. That being said, the names that come to mind are actresses like Hitomi and Kaho Shibuya who, let’s just say eclipse Ruruna pretty heavily. But, Ruruna doesn’t look half bad. Her face is maybe a little plain, perhaps from things like her uneven eyes and big lips that I’m not keen on, but I won’t complain about the rest of her. What I would instead complain is her being on the Fresh roster rather than the main roster, now that is no bueno. I went and looked, the odds of having even a second video at all are incredibly low, a second video at Moodyz even lower, and staying past a debut contract with Moodyz, couldn’t find it. It’s interesting because SOD does sometimes promote their lower label actresses to the main roster like Haru Shibasaki, but Moodyz not so much, and I feel like as far as I can tell, if you’re not a main roster actress then Moodyz isn’t so great. Maybe Ruruna can convince me I’m wrong we’ll just have to see.

I don’t know about you guys but man, these run of the mill S1 debuts feel underwhelming to me. A decent body, some not so big not so small boobs, a fine face - where’s the standout part? I feel like with S1 debuts I really want someone who will stand out, partially because they debut so many actresses but partially because they can be bland at times and you need someone physically nice to cut through that. I would wager Neru is not that standout person, it certainly feels that way watching this trailer and seeing them shy away from showing off her body. Sure, she looks good in a bikini or short shorts but I mean, so too will pretty much your entire roster. Maybe I’m just a cynic but in a world where S1 has plenty of huge boobs to go around or strong performers like miru, I need more than just the monthly clone of the default model.

I often find myself wondering what the best video is to watch from a debut. Is it one that shows off their body the best? One that shows off performing the best? One I think I will enjoy the most? The more actresses I watch the more I come to the realization the thing that matters is being able to assess performing skills from a release. Their body is going to stay the same either way, unless they buckle up like showing their ankles is a sin. So really, the ability to be dominant or passionate can really elevate an actress. I say this all because this is a series that really shows how passionate they can be. I know I used to dislike this series but I’ve really come around on it, especially with actresses who can get into it and match his kissing energy. Coupled with Ichika being recommended to me time and time again from friends, maybe this will be the one I rip the band aid off with and finally watch her. I mean, it’s pretty much a lock I will watch her at this point, right? Hard to say no to those tits getting creampied.

I know I had some lukewarm opinions about Mikuru but those screenshots are making me think twice. I mean damn, big tits on a slim body in a schoolgirl uniform? I feel like it’s hard to do much better than this, and with so few top tier debuts I feel like there’s a very good chance Mikuru makes the cut, especially after this.

This was a pretty disappointing month, nobody in the likely tier for me. Maybe someone will surprise me down the line, like Asuka Matsumoto has a lot of potential with that ass, or maybe someone like Neru will surprise me. Plus I am kind of intrigued about Saki debuting over at Dahlia. But yeah, just not a good month, go next hope for better I guess.

So far I'm not so sure what to make of this year. I'm really hoping Kei and Komomo will turn out to be as nice as they have potential to be. I also upped Ichika as well, people have been saying really nice things about her. I'm still not entirely sure that she's the slam dunk others say, but I was probably quite likely to watch her anyway so might as well move her up. I'm still hoping S1 can clear another 100J debut this year like they seem to historically do, or maybe even two, hopefully the end of summer or fall is kinder to us.
