There are two things of note that really separate AOYAMA MASSAGE CLINIC FOR WOMEN 4 from the pack: one of them is good and the other is...not so good.

The good: the casting. While this series by GOGOS has never lacked in starring relatively unknown eye candy, there are times when we may get one movie featuring three scenes of women who all sport relatively similar body types. This time, I feel they pushed hard for diversity and in a way we get that with the first scene featuring a slightly curvy client followed by one who seems to come from a sports background concluding with a potential former volleyball player who has transformed into pure voluptuousness. Thus, AOYAMA 4 really does seem to boast something for everyone when it comes to body types though a word of warning is needed in that each of the three scenes seems to follow a totally identical structure.

As for the 'not so good thing': it's a technical issue that will come apparent the moment you check out the trailer or start watching the full movie. The audio is not very good. This series always relies on mics attached to cameras sometimes at a distance which is an issue for nearly all JAV movies, but it seems like the transfer for this movie and a few others in the early series (most before #10) somehow became corrupted. Thus, all scenes in today's update have a slight static sound in the background; you can still pretty much make out what's being said and we managed to subtitle it all, but please go in noting this one may be full of eye candy, but less so when it comes to ear candy.

A unique point: not a long-lasting feature, sadly, but AOYAMA 4 changed things up slightly with the introduction of an incline breast massage portion. No longer are clients always resting prone and supine. Now for a short time while wearing the tiniest of treatment panties, they rest elevated proud and raised so their mammaries can receive specialized caressing, twirling, and squeezing like no other. It's amusing not just to focus on the obvious areas, but to take note of both their facial reactions and their legs squirming as they try to not to display too much erotic pleasure from a massage that for all intensive purposes is not sexual (but...).

Of course, the massage soon turns that way (medicinally, mind you) when those panties are removed for tried-and-true internal treatments that this time all conclude with the skilled use of the Aroma Sonic.
