JAV Sales Report - December 2025 ft. Riho Shishido, Rui Shido, and more!

Welcome to the December sales report. Let's just get right into it

Looks like Momo Inoue is the newest hot thing, the premier debut of 2026 so far. I can see where she has her appeal, Mio Ishikawa fans are probably eating good right now. I’m not so sure about her but that’s more a factor of my own preferences.

Riho Shishido continues to impress me and I’m clearly not the only one. She’s hot as hell and she seems to have just the right amount of thickness to feel just right. I mean just look at those photos, how does one not go wild for Riho.

How long can Ai Hongo continue to be this popular despite her retirement? I mean it’s right out in the open now as we see 引退 on the cover. It makes me sad to see what happened to her but people don’t seem to care as much as she does. If anything I feel like she’s more popular these days so who knows. Maybe she can come back? I can’t fathom what else she’s doing without being in the spotlight so fingers crossed.

These are the kind of videos I need more of from Moodyz. Don’t give me a 20 actress video that’s too much that I likely won’t watch, give me something with just two or three or four. I can get behind this nanpa thing they have going on here. I’m really not the biggest fan of any of them individually but maybe together, especially when you get Nozobuki together, it might be quite nice and worth a watch. This isn’t even part of this month’s sales so interestingly I expect both Nozomi and Ibuki to do well next month as well.

These are the kind of videos that I think Rima shines most in. Get her to be this devilish schoolgirl role. She has this younger face that goes along well with her nice body, I mean the cover speaks for itself. I think especially when you see the left one with her in pigtails, I think she still seems to fit pigtails well enough here and it looks like a good time.

How do people feel about Hana in an IV? She’s hot one hell of a body, a real snack. Just look at the screenshots and tell me otherwise - right, you can’t. She’s also surprisingly good at these from others I’ve seen and this one would make me equally excited that she would come through.

I heard you like videos with lots and lots of actresses. Let’s get something with all 7 of the giant box sets from S1. Maybe it’s ridiculous to have nearly a thousand minutes of content but who cares when there’s so much goodness. I can’t fathom anyone having this and not finding a bunch of content they like, there’s just so many beautiful babes in here. Let’s just pray that S1 keeps up this content.

Gone are the days of Saika being the top of the industry it seems. What’s interesting is that once she was dethroned by Kanna they seemed to let her fall even further. It’s not like there’s a good Kanna followed by a good Saika, you can see in the Saika digital sales below that it’s 6-0. It’s not even close somehow and it’s interesting to see.

Kanna Seto has had an incredible showing this month, back to the usual. She’s on top everywhere, from DMM and Bookmate to even digital sales. This month is kind of ridiculous on that front too, six different videos in the top 10 is insane, all the way from her debut film too. Maybe people are just hoarding her content knowing she’s going to be an all-time great or something, very Yua Mikami debut vibes. Either way we’re back in Kanna land.

Yua is someone I decided to skip last year when she was a brand new debut. It’s always difficult when trying to watch a new debut, you’ve got nothing to go on and you’re hoping they’re worthwhile. Some of them turn out great no doubt, Iyo is one of the best of her class despite a December redebut, but I’m usually more skeptical than not. At least I’ve got some time now to see which of the ones I skipped are worthwhile and be my more meticulous self about it.

Yoshino Moriya (守屋よしの) is still doing well out in SOD employee land. I’m not sure how I feel about a video like this where she’s at a retreat instead of being at work. Like sure yes they need to go on vacation and all but the whole theme around her as an actress is being an employee. What I can say for sure is that she’s still exceeding my expectations, and it wouldn’t surprise me if she made the same leap Haru Shibasaki did to the main roster at some point. Sunao Kokonoi (九井スナオ) appears to be everywhere these days, she seems to be having a pretty big glow up. Maybe that’s just my feed being overloaded with her from the few faithful fans she has. She is getting a ton of opportunities so it’s not like it’s wrong to say, but a lot of them seem kind of mediocre if I’m being honest. Being excited by Lunatics content isn’t where I want to be, and it’s not like Lunatics stuff is terrible I just have much higher expectations for the top end of your career.

How do you feel about veterans like Mana Sakura (紗倉まな)? Does she still have it all these years later? Her in a nice maid outfit I can get, but her in some simply exercise outfit? Sometimes I wonder if these veterans are past their prime and people are just watching them out of habit. No, I don’t feel that way with Julia, but Julia is an exception case. Or there’s Yui Thiccano that I enjoy more than ever these days. With some others… I definitely feel this. Is Mana at that level yet? She flip flops a lot but she still seems to have it, and I can at least agree even the exercise outfit is nice enough.

When it comes to tits what team are you on? Are you more of a Rui Shido (紫堂るい) fan where you want more reasonably sized boobs that are shapely? Or are you on team Ako Kimura (木村愛心) where it’s big big big and don’t think twice? I know where I stand but honestly Rui’s were very nice. I feel like the industry at large is about equally split on them based on them being one spot apart. I can’t blame people when they’re caught between a rock and a hard place. Rui has been exciting me more with her releases as they’re playing stronger to that gravure idol side whereas Ako just naturally excites me more with those tits. Either way S1 fans are eating good with lots of new busty choices.

If there's one thing I love to look at in sales reports it's when retired actresses continue to do well long after retirement. Ai Sayama (佐山愛) and Moe Amatsuka (天使もえ) join Ai Hongo on the list of actresses doing well after retirement. While they're a little more fresh having retired in the last half a year each they both also had 10+ year careers that put them in a different category altogether. Given Bookmate is doing the whole physical store thing, makes you wonder if people are hoarding some of their videos before they no longer can. Like it's one thing not to be worried when you live in a digital age where you can hop onto Fanza and watch a video in your catalogue or just grab whatever one fancies you, it's another when they delist and you can't find their videos anymore. I hate that we have to be worried about it but such is the world we live in, and you never really know what's going to come.

I’m still not so sure about Soa but if she makes covers like that then holy fuck maybe I can be convinced again. I’d say it’s pure photoshop but honestly she does have one of the best midsections I’ve seen in some time. She’s toned well and her boobs are big enough to enjoy, and if I were rating her on just that small part of her I’d be a happy camper. Maybe time will tell but I’m far more interested in the bustier ones above.

Hana Kurosaki’s (黒咲華) freelancing career is going very well for her. It’s almost like gals are a rarity that anyone good has free reign to be as popular as their hearts desire. Or maybe not quite, Hana being on page 4 of Bookmate seems to indicate that maybe they’re capped a little bit. I don’t think gal fans really care about the fake tits the way I do, I’m also not a gal fan. But clearly she’s doing something right and we’ll have to see if she can keep this up.

You might know Sumi Naho (角奈保) better by her original name, Sayaka Nito, when she was over at S1. Yup, this is the same milfy, busty, toned actress you knew from before. Is she any better? I think yes, I’ve seen this one and I do think it’s a little bit better. Getting her to the promised land (aka creampies) is definitely good for her, better that than the boring stuff at S1. I still feel like you’re basically enjoying her for how great her physique is but let’s face it, just enjoy actresses for whatever makes them good and don’t think too hard.
