BREAKING: Aki Sasaki's MAJOR Comeback, Riko Hoshino BLASTS Her Studio On X & More!

Published : September 29th, 2025 Written by trapstar

Catch up on the most trending gossip that we had our eyes on in September

Aki Sasaki Emerges Out Of Nowhere & Teases A Comeback!

Well, well, well, look who’s back in our feeds. After years of radio silence, Aki Sasaki has resurfaced on SNS. And before you confuse her with Ideapocket’s Saki Sasaki, no, this is the long-retired Aki Sasaki, the one fans wished made a comeback but never really expected to hear from again.

Recently, Aki popped up discreetly on her new X handle, and her first post was anything but usual. "It's been a while, everyone! It's Aki Sasaki. I was curious to see what you all were up to, so I came to take a look I hope you noticed!" she wrote, almost teasingly, adding that she’d been curious about how everyone was doing. She even admitted she’d been peeking around. And just like that, she became a trending topic within hours. One simple tweet is all it took to put the former actress into the spotlight.

Now, I’ll be honest with you guys. At first, I thought, Is this really her? But then I browsed through her following. Surprisingly, even ListarPro retweeted her, and the whole setup felt very official. Which, of course, had me asking: How did she end up under ListarPro’s?

If our readers recall, she used to be with AllPro. And for those who’ve forgotten, AllPro’s collapse wasn’t exactly graceful; it folded after a messy poaching scandal that left its entire roster migrating to the rest of the agencies. ListarPro, ever the opportunist, scooped up several of the stranded names, including Aki.

But let’s set the agency drama aside for a moment. The real gossip here is whether Aki is plotting a comeback. Because let’s be real, actresses don’t just reappear on social media for no reason, and with ListarPro ranking her in, it’s quite clear that social media visibility leads to event appearances, and event appearances sometimes lead to… well, bigger things.

And Aki, at 46, still has that charm intact, which one can tell from the pic. She’s aged like a fine wine since her last appearance.

Imagine the reaction if she showed up at an adult convention like TRE Taiwan? Fans would line up around the block, and the internet would go into meltdown.

Let’s also not ignore the timing. Shoko Takahashi recently proved that with the right offer and the right stage, a retired actress can make an explosive return. Why wouldn’t Aki entertain the same path? Even if she isn’t planning to film again, a high-profile event or two would be more than enough to shake things up.

So when she says she’s “just curious” about what everyone’s been up to, please. I’ve seen this play before. That’s not idle curiosity; that’s a carefully laid breadcrumb. The agency retweets, the sudden rebrand, the coy post, it all smells like a prelude.

Mark my words: Aki Sasaki is gearing up for something. Maybe not a full-blown AV comeback, but definitely a public-facing move that will have fans on the edge of their seats. And when it happens, you’ll be the first to know!

Because once a star, always a star.

Riko Hoshino BLASTS Her Studio, SODSTAR On X

Our readers might’ve missed it, but SOD’s Riko Hoshino had a field day out on X recently, and let’s just say she didn’t hold back by a bit.

So what triggered her? Apparently, Taiwan’s annual adult expo that was held last month. The TRE Expo, which has emerged as the industry’s biggest stage, has lately become something equivalent to the AVN Expo in the West. The perfect opportunity for actresses to bask in the spotlight. Yet, for the second year of its running, Riko wasn’t able to make it. And her reaction is justified, as she took a dig at them via X.

"What the hell is this, SODstar?" she tweeted

She went on to vent her frustration, "Aren't you supposed to be a group of top-selling actresses? This year, I totally got cut from TRE again. What am I supposed to do now? I can't even get a chance to shine. I'm saying I'll shoot AV, go out into society, work, and pay taxes, so what's the problem with you old guys? What the hell do you mean AV actress, you bastards?"

Boom. That was not-so-subtle jab at the “old men” running the studio. It’s rare to see an actress take out their frustrations in public unless they’re Nanami Kodama, especially when it risks going against their own studio, but Riko clearly feels cornered. And honestly, she may have a point.

Here’s the thing, not that SODSar isn’t a part of TRE; in fact, this year alone, Rei Kamiki and Suzu Honjou represented the studio. Last year, it was Mana Sakura. So, does that mean SOD STAR is intentionally blocking her from appearing in TRE?

Few industry experts even suggest that SOD STAR models are less favored by TRE’s management. I’ve even heard claims that several SOD STAR actresses have declined TRE invitations. The fans rarely know this unless organizers spill, but it means TRE might not be the villain Riko paints it to be. Even MINAMO, one of the most sought-after SOD girls, skipped this year. So maybe it’s not about the studio being iced out.

Still, I can’t help but feel Riko’s frustration. She’s talented, gorgeous, and well-reviewed. She’s been booked abroad and adored by overseas fans earlier. So why is she being overlooked now? Or is it simply that SODStar prefers the “safe bets” they know will draw crowds?

If you’ve come across her JAVs, Riko is exactly the kind of talent fans want to cheer for, yet she’s now left wondering if her own studio is sabotaging her chances. Her rant may have been raw and emotional, but it struck a nerve across the fandom. One fan even went on to comment that it’s SODStar's loss to not have her open for them.

Fumino Satsuki REBRANDS Herself, Drifts Aways From JAV To Focus On Livestreams

Every so often, the industry tries its best to keep you hooked with a gossip, and this time it’s courtesy of Fumino Satsuki. You might remember her as the slender hottie who made her exclusive debut with Madonna back in November 2023, before reinventing herself as a freelancer this year in March. For a while, she was the talk of the town. But then… silence.

Just last August, an outlet reported that all of her scheduled appearances for the months of August and September were canceled. Not postponed, not rescheduled, just outright canceled. And to make things worse at the time, her last post on X was from July 25. Not a word since then. It had fans thinking, Why would events more than a month away be scrapped so abruptly? Did something happen behind the scenes? I couldn’t help but wonder if this was less about scheduling conflicts and more about… something else.

Fast-forward two months of radio silence, and we finally have an answer now. But I bet it wasn’t something the fans were expecting.

Satsuki reappeared on X not as Fumino Satsuki, but under a brand-new name: Hiyori. Just like that, she rebranded herself, "I've changed my name to "Hiyori" and will be starting a new live stream"

With no retirement announcement yet, it is as if she had simply decided to flip the page of her career, like changing costumes between filming, "From now on, as "Hiyori," I want to create a place where I can interact with everyone even more closely. I'm looking forward to walking this new chapter with you all! Thank you for your continued support!"

But the subtle clues spread through her X make it more than obvious. Her new bio now reads: “Former AV actress. I’ll be streaming soon, so look forward to it.” With close to 50k followers, she certainly isn’t walking away from her fans, but it’s clear her priorities have shifted. Instead of JAV shoots, she’s pivoting towards more of fan clubs and livestreaming-based work, a move we’ve seen more and more actresses make lately.

For her fans, though, this is bittersweet. Her last proper outing in the industry was with MAXING in a cuckold-themed JAV, where she played the role of a wife entangled in an affair with her husband’s subordinate. You just love to see her take up such experimental roles. Many, myself included, wanted to see her explore that territory further. But instead, her exit came discreetly and too soon.

The decision could be influenced by a work-life burnout or simply a calculated decision to capitalize in on fan platforms where the work is steady and she has fun control over her schedule. Whatever the reason, one thing’s certain: Hiyori isn’t disappearing anywhere. If anything, she’s reinventing herself for the digital age.

Still, I can’t help but feel a pang of disappointment. It’d be correct to say that JAV lost a promising actress kinda soon. But maybe more exciting stuff awaits in her livestreams. I hope so!

Verify your age by

Recently a number of US states and a few countries of note have enacted age verification requirements for adult sites. On the US front at least, legal experts both within and outside of our industry do not believe any will pass a constitutional test. However, since these laws currently are on the books and thus have the ability to be enforced, we are choosing to comply with them at this point in time.

ZENRA uses Bluecheck.me, a third party verification service, to perform this important task easy to install filtering software does infinitely better.

Information used in the verification process is not stored on our servers. Phone number and address verification is instant and uses database cross referencing (no calls, no SMS messages, nothing mailed to the address). ID verification takes about one minute and is performed 'blind' on Bluecheck's side where the ID is reviewed by someone unaware of what service the submitter is attempting to access.

Regardless of what method you choose, it costs you nothing, but does increase the cost of our operations in order to somehow make the internet a 'safer' place.
