Yuma Sano's Outrageous 'Sugar Daddy' Demand Sparks Flurry Among Fans On X

I nearly spilled my coffee as I scrolled past Yuma Sano’s recent tweet on X earlier this month. While a lot of our readers might not recall who on earth Yuma is (yeah, she’s been keeping a low profile lately), you might be aware of her after this explosive revelation. So, out of nowhere, Yuma decided to make a clickbait tweet that racked up more than a million views at the time of writing this column. And let me tell you, it wasn’t your typical JAV release announcement; rather, it read more like a half-sarcastic, half-sincere casting call for a sugar daddy!

Now, before you think I’m exaggerating, just see for yourself, Yuma is openly accepting applications for a “male companion” with a monthly allowance of 300,000 yen (that’s over $2,000 for our readers). Sounds tempting, right? Not so fast. The lucky applicant must first survive a list of endless conditions. So let’s dive into it.

First, you’ll need to date her two or three times a week, mostly in Tokyo. Easy enough, right? Except you must also worship her like a princess. Don't treat her well. Not be a gentleman. No, she wants royalty-level devotion. And here’s where it gets interesting: Yuma insists her man should not constantly demand sex. In fact, she made it clear that sadistic men and slow finishers need not apply.

Oh, and don’t think you can freeload. Applicants must have a steady job, know how to drink (yes, apparently there’s a right and wrong way), and, of course, be single. Married men, cheaters, or casual dabblers will be shown the door.

But wait, there’s more. To even have your foot in the door, you’ll need to pay a 10,000 yen “interview fee,” which happens to be a non-refundable cover charge just for the chance to bang Yuma.

As usual, I wondered if this was just a clever clickbait on her part. And it happens so that it’s just an effective strategy to drum up traffic for her OnlyFans, where she’s been far more active than JAV.

Yuma herself admits good men are hard to find, and rather than waste her time swiping through the dating pool, she’d rather invest in finding one on her terms. In her own words: “300,000 yen isn’t a small sum, and it’s not easy for me to earn either, so everyone should act in accordance with my ideas.”

She must’ve been right to an extent, as within hours after tweeting this, she claimed her inbox was flooded with over 400 private messages, "I just went through about 400 DMs, I'm deprived of a nap. There were a few people I was interested in, but a lot of them don't even follow me."

Four hundred! Still, she wasn’t impressed. According to Yuma, saying "I really like you” doesn’t count unless you’re also liking her posts, subscribing to her YouTube channel, and showing genuine effort to really be invested in her, "I want people who really love me, so I don't want them to be on YouTube or Instagram or any other otaku activities."

Well, all the gossip aside, I can’t help but see this as a publicity stunt. In today’s age, viral content grabs traction like a piece of cake, and the experiment might have played out for Yuma as her “boyfriend recruitment drive” has all the elements of a viral campaign. It’s cheeky, it’s provocative, and it blurs the line between fantasy and reality in a way only a desperate actress like her could pull off.

I also have a theory that this might even be a setup for a future JAV. And honestly, would you be surprised?

For those wondering where she’s been, Yuma hasn’t released a new JAV in quite some time. These days, she’s reportedly working as a hostess at the Red Dragon hostess club, as is evident from her X bio while making such outrageous claims online. But don’t call it a retirement just yet, the agency insists she hasn’t hung up her AV title, and new works are “definitely” in the pipeline.

So, is Yuma really searching for Prince Charming with deep pockets, or is she simply gaming the system for views? One thing’s for certain, whether you see it as marketing genius or shameless self-promotion, she’s got the entire industry (and thousands of men) eating out of her perfectly manicured hand.

And me? I’ll be refreshing her socials to see which brave soul makes it through this bizarre audition. Whoever he is, he’d better have both the wallet and the stamina for it.

Ai Sayama Got A Reality Check During Her Recent Cameo On ABEMA TV's Dating Show

It’s not just Yuma who’s pretending to have such outrageous demands, but you’d be surprised to know that some of the well-known actresses have such demands too, and Ai Sayama seems to be no stranger to this. The 36-year-old is trying to keep herself occupied between filming JAVs, a double act after disbanding from Anri’s Black Diamond pop-group, and very recently having appeared in Abema’s famous dating reality show.

This comes after she had mentioned earlier that she’s about to retire after nearly two decades of filming JAVs; she’s preparing to step away from the cameras this September. But to make the transition smoother to her post-AV life, Ai is leaving no stones unturned as her search for her ideal man is grabbing the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

So the 36-year-old recently appeared in Abema TV's famous dating reality show, Love Hyena 4, that thrives on casting renowned JAV actresses for their TRP. The ongoing season aired an episode on August 26, which rolled out a new segment titled “Marriage-Hunting Actress,” and who better to headline it than departing Ai Sayama herself? And let’s just say… she’s already found herself amidst a controversy.

As per a report published on Docomo JP, Ai featured in a segment where she was questioned by a seasoned matchmaker from Agum who has seen it all. Saori vetted her about her dream man, and Ai candidly stated her preference in men, quoting that she wants someone in his 30s or 40s, someone serious about starting a new life woth her, and what surprised me the most is when she mentioned that he must earn around 50 million yen a year. That’s roughly $340,000, folks. Cue the audible gasps, eye-rolls, and exclamations of “Are you kidding me?!” from both the studio and the internet.

However, Sayama explained, being unfazed, that her priority is becoming a mama, and she believes financial stability at that level would give her the life she envisions. But Yamamoto-san was not taking it, so she gave her a reality check by being brutally honest. She reminded Ai that “Men prefer an average woman in her 20s over a beautiful 35-year-old. And if women in their 20s are your rivals, how exactly do you plan to compete?”

Ouch. Imagine delivering that blow with the cameras rolling. But Yamamoto wasn’t finished. To truly test the waters, she assigned Ai a daunting task to submit 100 matchmaking applications in just five days.

Now, here’s where things get interesting. On one hand, Ai’s demands have sparked criticism for being “unrealistic” and “entitled,” with JAV Twitter fuming with some fans calling her expectations laughable, while others defend her right to “aim high” after building a successful career. After all, if you’ve spent 18 years in an industry that pays women well, why settle for anything but average when it comes to settling down.

But my theory believes that this all might just be a show as Ai pretends to seek her life partner in the guise of a savvy reality TV show? Let’s be real here, Ai has been in the show business long enough to know the value of such exaggerated claims. And what better way to keep eyes on her as she transitions out of the JAV industry than by making her love life a headline-grabber?

It remains to be seen whether the woman who commanded millions of fans on screen will be able to charm her way into the heart of a wealthy bachelor. Or will her quest expose the brutal double standards that women face in the dating arena? Whether Ai Sayama finds her dream husband or crashes and burns in her high-stakes quest, Love’s Hyena 4 has given us exactly what we tune in for: messy, unfiltered, can’t-look-away reality.

Ran Kamiki's Three Year JAV Career Comes To An End!

Every so often, I come across a tweet that feels both inevitable and surprising at the same time. This week is no less. The 23-year-old, who made it into JAV with FALENO, who touted her as the next big thing, has officially announced her retirement, effective next month.

Ran’s last outing as a proper JAV actress was back in April, with Attackers, the studio infamous for being the so-called “graveyard” of fading careers. In it, she played a troubled housewife entangled in her in-law’s carnal desires. The JAV had a classic 'Attackers' vibe, and it had fans wondering if this might be her final JAV.

Turns out, those speculations came true as Ran finally resurfaced on X, after months of silence. “It’s been a while. This is Kamiki Ran. It’s been exactly three years since my debut.” She admitted she’d gone quiet on social media, apologizing for the absence with a grace that only made her exit sting more. “I’m sorry for keeping you all waiting so long for my new work, and for not being as active on social media as I was… thank you for continuing to cheer me on even through those times.”

Then she dropped the final word on her career that fans had been waiting for: “I have decided to retire from the AV industry. I have found more that I want to do, so I would like to say goodbye and make a clean break to start anew.”

Unlike a few who leave without a word, Ran made sure to leave no bitterness in her wake. She even thanked her president, her managers, and the production staff who’d been with her since day one and left fans with a final wish: that her last JAV be received equally well by her fans. “From now on, I will work hard on a different path… I also hope you will continue to support me in my final work as an AV actress.”

So here we are. After three short but memorable years, Ran is walking away with just a clean, poised goodbye. Still, I can’t help but wonder if her resolve will hold in an industry where retirements often don’t stick or will the allure of the spotlight pull her back someday. Only time will tell.

Verify your age by

Recently a number of US states and a few countries of note have enacted age verification requirements for adult sites. On the US front at least, legal experts both within and outside of our industry do not believe any will pass a constitutional test. However, since these laws currently are on the books and thus have the ability to be enforced, we are choosing to comply with them at this point in time.

ZENRA uses Bluecheck.me, a third party verification service, to perform this important task easy to install filtering software does infinitely better.

Information used in the verification process is not stored on our servers. Phone number and address verification is instant and uses database cross referencing (no calls, no SMS messages, nothing mailed to the address). ID verification takes about one minute and is performed 'blind' on Bluecheck's side where the ID is reviewed by someone unaware of what service the submitter is attempting to access.

Regardless of what method you choose, it costs you nothing, but does increase the cost of our operations in order to somehow make the internet a 'safer' place.
