Thanks for the review. Having said that, I was significantly more impressed than Fried Chicken on this one. Waka is one of my favorite JAV actresses right now. I think her slender, fit and shapely body, attractive features, and performances given with gusto help set her upon the highest tiers of actresses in the industry right now. I thought she really shined here. And I was very impressed with the reasonably innovative and clever plot development and twists. I agree that there is some lackluster performances by the rest of the cast, particularly Mizuki, that takes it down a notch or two. But the grand finale sex scene is highlight worthy for sure. Net-net, closer to a 8.4-8.9 in my book. Well worth checking out.

What a great top list topic. One criticism fairly lobbed at much of JAV is how a tremendous amount of content is characterized by really hot actresses either going through the motions, or engaging in obviously contrived sexual behavior (ie excessive moaning). Therefore, it is a rare breath of fresh air when there is a couple with genuine sexual heat and chemistry. I recall see Arina and Taku in SNIS-830 a while ago, and thinking to myself this was a performance that appeared to be based on genuine mutual attraction. But while a huge fan of Nao, I have not seen either of the Madonna performances with Toru. But now I am going to. Similarly, while I am not familiar with Nana, as her movies were before I got into JAV, she appears to be a complete bombshell, and I will be on the lookout for her performances with Ryo. Thanks!

What a great idea for a post. Over the years, some random ero-manga adaptions would appear on movies that looked interesting (I think URE-55 was actually the first I noticed), but not being familiar with the genre, I did not pay them much heed. But most of these titles look amazing. I actually did check out EYAN-181, and despite the lowish production values, I was blown away! Mina's performance was scorching, and I really enjoyed the plot. Next up on my list is IPX-674. The school motif and hotness of the stars has me excited to check it out. Great post and thanks for delving into this topic!!

What an awesome epic journey of Yuuna's career, nicely highlighting the key pivots and breakthroughs!! So well thought through, and amazing titles recommended throughout. I wholeheartedly agree that her career has taken many interesting turns, and she did toil in relative obscurity out of the gate. But I am also amazed that in four short years, she has sort of reinvested herself a few times. Personally, my favorite era was between her athletic/fit phase and her delving into hardcore and anal. There are few women in JAV I enjoy more being dominant that Yuuna. I agree that I did not think she needed to get any work done. But having said that, I think she still looks awesome. The only potential correction I have is that I think ATID-583 was her first Anal/DP, which came out 9 month before SOAN-107. But overall great write up and what a welcome spotlight!!

Wow! I am stunned. Not only by the D rating, but by the fact that this assessment got zero engagement. Not hating here, just giving an alternative assessment of Saki. Obviously everything is subjective, particularly when it comes to assessing attractiveness and the desirability of different physical characteristics of JAV actresses. my own bias is away from the super plump, overly busty actresses (ie June Lovejoy, Chitose, Saegusa, or even Hitomi), and prefer the slender and fit look. I know Oppaira (by his very moniker) is in the other camp. Which is great, as diversity of opinion is what makes life interesting. Having said all that, I find Saki to not only have a 5/5 face, but her fit but shapely figure is at least a 4-4.5 in my book. While her debut (IPZZ-163) was nothing special (although I would argue above average for a debut), I found by just her second film (IPZZ-174) she was already leaning into a slutty, sexy side of herself, with a penchant for dirty words that spiced up her performance. And by her third performance (IPZZ-188), she is already squirting and leaning into the nasty and hardcore side of JAV. This arc in just THREE films. Thus, I would give her overall performance at least a 4-4.5. In sum, she is an "A" quality debut in my book! I would be interested to find out if she has risen at all in Oppaira's eyes over the last 18 months or so.
