Sora Amakawa OPENS Up On Her Former Agency
Honestly, it's been a while since we dug up the case of 44management, and things had started to settle down, but this one gossip would have you on the edge of your seats.
When it felt like the entire 44MANAGEMENT controversy couldn’t possibly get any darker… one more actress has stepped forward. Honestly, after reading her statement, this whole thing stopped sounding like an average industry drama altogether.
And that is exactly how Sora Amakawa felt.
Most of you perhaps know her as the former S1 No.1 Style actress who debuted back in 2019 before later moving through Faleno Star and freelance work across multiple studios. On the surface, her career looked successful. But behind the scenes, it wasn't that smooth from the beginning.
Her connection to the now-infamous 44MANAGEMENT already raised eyebrows. At this point, just hearing that agency’s name is enough to make performers in the industry uneasy. But what shocked me most was that Sora says the trouble didn’t actually begin with the former agency itself.
It began with someone she trusted. Like a very close “friend.” At least, that’s what Sora had thought at first.
Sora explained that she originally entered the industry to help support her fam and was introduced to 44 through this person, who later turned out to be a talent scout. Early on, everything sounded promising. She debuted with S1. Work opportunities increased. Her future looked bright.
Then little by little, the control started creeping in.
According to Sora, not only did the agency take commissions, but she was allegedly asked to hand over almost all of her personal earnings to her 'friend.'
But things took a toll as Sora claimed the control crept in; he tracked her, controlled where she went, and justified it by insisting she had an issue and needed constant supervision.
Meanwhile, he allegedly took half the cut, and that went on for nearly a year.
Because after finally escaping that situation and cutting communication with the scout, Sora says another problem immediately surfaced as her agency defaulted on payments
According to her, the agency boss repeatedly delayed payments with promises like, “I’ll pay you next month.”
Apparently, multiple actresses were affected. Including, according to Sora’s statement, even major stars like Natsu Hinata.
She explained that there were no proper contracts clearly outlining payment structures, changing agencies was difficult, and after becoming isolated for so long, she no longer knew who she could trust. So she endured it. Lived off savings. Stayed quiet. Waited for a chance to switch agencies.
And if I’m being realistic? I highly doubt stories like these disappeared completely just because new AV laws arrived.

Miyu Otori WARNS Her Fans On X, Asks Them To Ignore Her
Okay, so Miyu Otori just dropped something that genuinely made me uncomfortable, and something that has left her shaken for a while.
And honestly, after reading the way she described the situation on X, this doesn’t sound like a mere fan interaction that turned ugly. She almost sounded like a person whose sense of personal safety had suddenly been compromised.
So the particular incident reportedly happened on May 23. According to Miyu, a foreign fan suddenly approached her, shoved a phone toward her face displaying her photo, and asked: “This is you, right?” Now, maybe some actresses would have laughed that off. Maybe it would have turnt into a quick selfie or a casual exchange, and both would have gone their own ways.
But Miyu was startled; she was taken aback for a moment. “It really startled me,” she admitted.

And the more I kept going down the rabbit hole, the more obvious it became that this wasn’t her first time experiencing something like that.
Apparently, something similar had already happened before at a TikTok-related event. Miyu explained that after leaving the venue, she noticed someone waiting nearby. The ‘so-called fans’ moment they recognized her, they immediately rushed over to talk.
Again, what some fans might see as excitement, noticing their favorite stars… Miyu felt quite the opposite. “I was truly scared,” she confessed.
And one particular line kept appearing throughout her posts, almost like a desperate reminder: “In private life, I’m just an ordinary person.” Ever since her debut, Miyu says she has consistently asked fans to pretend not to recognize her if they happen to see her out carrying on her business like usual. Not because she has a particular hatred towards her fans, but they’ve got to realise that professional & personal life needs to be kept separate
Honestly, I think a lot of people underestimate how important that distinction really is.
There’s this strange expectation in fan culture where celebrities are treated as if they’re permanently in the character they play on screen. If someone smiles during events, posts cheerful selfies online, or acts energetic in videos, fans start assuming they must always be approachable anywhere, anytime.
TikTokイベント参加した時も会場出たら出待ちしてた人がいて急に声かけられてガチで怖かった🥺インキャなんで、、どうかそっとしておいてくださいいいいぃ僕は一般人です!

But Miyu’s posts expose the uncomfortable side of that mindset. Some actresses are shy. And when personal boundaries suddenly disappear, even a normal interaction can start feeling invasive very quickly.
Interestingly, her comments came only days after her agency, T-Powers, asked fans not to casually approach actresses in private. Their message was simple: if you recognize someone outside work, politely keep your distance.
At the time, some people probably thought the agency was exaggerating. Now that I see Miyu venting, it makes it all the more real.
Because underneath the glamorous facade that fans see online, there are often performers quietly trying to protect a normal life the moment work ends.
What surprised me most was how exhausted Miyu sounded by the end of her posts. She essentially pleaded with fans to stop approaching her this way, before warning that if it keeps happening, “next time I might yell.”
That line honestly didn’t come across as anger to me; it almost sounded like a burnout. Like someone who has spent too long trying to stay polite.
