For JAV and Japan in general, it's actually quite easy to license en masse music. This is why sometimes one may hear an extremely familiar movie theme song played on recently recorded (sometimes that very day!) variety TV: they can simply pick tracks from a catalog instead of reaching out ahead of time to license a specific song. JAV studios, as noted, also can take part in this system though there may be some limitations on both sides of the equation.

Without the exception of Ruri Saijou (whom I believe is real, but remain in the minority), I will have to disagree with you in that nearly all silicon-based PS JAV actresses have done—something sadly increasingly compared to the 2000’s at least when being shaved was scandalous—is depressingly obvious. This does not mean that “JAV plastic surgery” is better or worse than Western; it’s probably more of an eye of the beholder thing and also what the actress wants: big beyond belief be it done in Japan or 90210 is probably going to be extremely apparent.

Thank you for the kind words and purchasing that movie from us. It's a great plot though so far no sequels. It may be hard to believe, but those types of onsens (without the body swapping) still exist. I visited one such located in Kannonji (Shikoku) that literally felt like the clock stopped in 1981. The entire vibe from the glasses of milk to the weird rolling massage chairs was on full display. Per Suzu, almost certainly by now she has some.
