Abe-chan is forever the acquired taste for JAV: you either like him and his endless charisma or just think he's too much. Once upon a time, I was in that latter category, but perhaps due to all the exposure to his works over the years (most notably in the magic mirror movies he's done with SADISTIC VILLAGE), I've grown to really like him. Recently, the walls--even for actors--that have separated censored and otherwise not JAV have grown thicker making for these kinds of unusual cross-overs all the more rare. Once upon a time though, seeing Abe-chan be Abe-chan across the mosaic was perhaps not "common", but there were a few memorable releases such as today's, the capstone in a great series we unfortunately could only license two from.

If the first set the stage, the second, today's especially wild release featuring Abe-chan along with a few familiar faces and FOUR unfaithful Japanese wives take that stage and smashes it, crushes it, squirts all over it, and later on an AD waltzes by to light it aflame. THE UNFAITHFUL WIVES VARIETY HOUR WITH ABE-CHAN is what a cozy afternoon love hotel dalliance with a MILF is to watching monster trucks make eighty foot leaps through rings of fire. Both are pleasurable in some fashion, but only one is both death-defying and life-changing.

To zoom out slightly, for those who have visited Japan and seen some of those back-alley streets in areas like Kabukicho in Tokyo and Soemon-cho in Osaka, you may notice how all those slightly older buildings have a million and one signs in front of them. Floor by floor from basement all the way up are filled to the bursting point with a world's variety of mizu shoubai establishments: girls bars, hostess clubs, host clubs, S&M clubs, snack bars, newhalf bars, onabe bars, muscle boy bars, muscle girl bars, KPOP bars (don't ask), washed up wrestler trying to cling on to the last bit of fame bars, the bar where Kurea Hasumi works/worked, kyabakura, "sexy" kyabakura (touching OK), and maybe even a maid cafe or fifty--and let us not forget "concept cafes" that are just maid cafes by another name. Among this madness at least in today's update at least, there is one that seems to be THE place where married Japanese women flock to when looking for quickies often held then and there...so also "happening bars!"

To return to the subject matter at hand, here we've Abe-chan finding that golden goose, finding golden MILFS, introducing himself as the host of a variety show with a limited but engaged audience, yada yada yada everyone has creampie sex! Those "yada's" are indeed important as the theme of the movie is not simply "funny man with a moldy sign prop walks into bar to have an orgy". While the women are all down for some surprisingly immediate fun, there is a method to the madness that a review like this can only scratch the surface at, but watching can reveal in full. Enjoy!
