An actual guy who tells a studio he will only do AV if his face is blurred will be shown the door in most any situation even if he would pre-pay the mosaic costs because that implies he is something of a 'flight risk' who may later have second thoughts and request the movie to be delisted.

Normally, we only split movies if they're especially long (pushing if not exceeding three hours) due to the time and cost it takes to subtitle them. This is similar to how in Japan at least longer books that are translated to Japanese often are split into two or more volumes.
