Sometimes I recognize that my bias for Julia is strong and man did that ever cloud this one. I even came into it thinking it could be a bust and man was it ever. There was some kissing, sure, but not enough to really offset the negatives of the film. Julia's kissing never really shone either and instead you got that more generic moaning she has during the sex bits, or a bit more of a distance during the actual sex. Even when they had a risky bit with the girlfriend off in the background it was so low effort that you were more wondering how they didn't get caught than you were thinking it was nice and hot. For as much as I am biased in watching a ton of Julia, I can accept some videos are not good, and this was not good.

That's not even to say it was bad, it wasn't, but it really felt like there was something to give. I do think the plot has a lot of potential, the awkward "oh wait it's you" into the whole "well, we do still both want this right?" is good, but I think you could do much more with it. It's not a bad film by any stretch but I expected more and was letdown because I had high expectations.

I don't know why I keep coming into these group bath videos with high expectations. The videos are always the same and never quite impress. Maybe this time I put a lot of faith into Himari? Himari's powerful orgasms tend to dominate videos a little bit too much and it's like she goes in and out of spacing out. Which sure, if she has the right level of things is great, but I find more and more (and especially in this one) that she gives in a little too much and it overshadows a lot of other stuff. Granted the tank top she had on certainly did, and even the bikinis did to an extent as well, but it always feels like they're doing it to a level that feels too much. I also just think a group gangbang scene could have been nice, like a way to really cement what was going on and get something a little bit more fun than a threesome. It still did all the nice soapy stuff though and of course her ass and tits are just always going to look good, so it wasn't bad. But in a world where I expected this to be a fantastic video, it really was just more good than great.

It's been a long time since I've watched much Aki and I must say that she still has it the way I remember. She still looks great even at whatever 40+ age she's at now. It really was a great video and I'm hoping to see more of this energy from Aki in her upcoming releases.

Sure, they didn't really make her out to do more than detailing cars but the aesthetic was still there and I think Haru's bulkier frame suits her really well for that kind of theme. Her performance was pretty hit or miss for me, she kept her voice down on the train and of course her paizuri was good, the rest of it was pretty bland. But hey, just swing those tits around and I'll be pretty happy. It wasn't quite as good as I hoped but let's be real this is basically her best film and I can only hope for more of these that align well to her physically.

A bit of a disappointing month if I do say so, but honestly I won't complain. Lots of boobs, lots of milf, what's not to like? I'm happy that Haru is getting closer to some good content and I'm quite hopeful for great Aki videos in the future. Until next month!
