Momoka Kagura Made A Comeback After 8 Months Just To Drop Her Final JAV!
This gossip is going to break the JAV Twitter.
While Momoka Kagura returned from an eight-month hiatus looking every bit jaw-dropping. Not many would have predicted that this would be her last appearance in JAV.
Yes, you heard that right, Momoka Kagura’s time in JAV is finally over!
And her latest JAV stamped with “AV Retirement Work” across the cover only makes it even more evident. Momoka is bowing out with just 3 works to her name since her return.
What’s ironic is that for months before her comeback, she had barely been active on social media. While she was on a break, she participated in minimal fan events. Fans held onto comeback hopes, and when she finally resumed shooting, it felt like her second chapter was about to begin.
Instead, it was her career’s epilogue.
The storyline of her final JAV follows a new male employee at a swimwear company discovering that all female staff model the brand’s designs at work. Enter Kagura as the commanding training supervisor. It played on a light dominance dynamic, but true to S1’s style, the emphasis was less on humiliation and more on visual glamour with swimwear as the focal theme. The formula was simple: heighten her authority by casting a shorter male co-star, visually amplifying her dominance.
What makes this exit particularly abrupt is that she didn’t get to have an industry-style farewell. Which means, no curated send-off event celebrating her. According to industry whispers, she voluntarily ended her career after finishing this one shoot, and once an actress makes that decision firmly, studios rarely push back unless it’s a top-grossing actress. In her case, S1 simply added the “retirement” label to her existing JAV cover enough to signal that Momoka’s time was up!
It feels a bit too abrupt.
The real twist, though, lies in what came next.
While she fades away from JAV, her Instagram has been unusually active. Interestingly, she avoids referencing “Momoka Kagura” altogether. The posts paint a completely different picture: golf outings under clear skies, coffee dates with her dog, beauty treatments, lifestyle snapshots that feel effortlessly curated.

From what I can see, she’s transitioning seamlessly into influencer life. The follower count is healthy. Engagement is steady. And she looks even more content with her life.
Maybe she actually made something worthy of her time during the hiatus.
For fans, it stings. An eight-month wait for a comeback that lasted barely a moment feels like a tease from fate. But for Momoka? It seems less like a loss and more like a pivot.
Some exits are involuntary. This one feels chosen.
And if her current glow is any indication, she’s already stepped into her next chapter, and she doesn’t need to bear it for the camera once again.
Exhausted Amane Michelle Claims Her "Skills Not Upto Par", Set To Quit JAV In The Following Months
A few retirements feel theatrical, while a few are tucked discreetly under your feed that could be hard to notice
This week, the IdeaPocket mixed-race stunner Michelle Amane, who debuted under IdeaPocket, announced that she was stepping away from the JAV industry. And, for the record, there has been no sort of contract dispute or behind-the-scenes drama. Not that I’m aware of.
In an almost disarmingly honest confession, Michelle stated
“I’m sorry, I won’t be doing (AV) anymore, and I’ll be leaving my agency too,” she wrote on X. And before anyone could sharpen their pitchforks, she clarified: “This has nothing to do with the agency or the studios. The reason for my resignation is that I feel my skills aren’t up to par, and I don’t see any room for growth anymore. Thank you all for your support since my debut.”
Read that again.
Not burned out or betrayed but simply “moving on to new dreams.” She doesn't see herself as good enough or getting better anytime soon.
Michelle wasn’t exactly easy to ignore. At 178cm, she towered literally and visually over many of her industry peers. Her mixed heritage gave her a striking presence that JAV studios love to market as “exotic,” and IdeaPocket clearly saw something in her when she made her official debut with the studio. For a moment, it felt like she could have her own place in the industry.
Amane went on to reveal that there are still unreleased JAVs in the pipeline, like most departing actresses do. Those will roll out from March through May 2026. After the three-month countdown, she’ll likely fade away into oblivion.
And here’s where my mind started racing.
Just yesterday, I happened to glance at a projected debut lineup stretching all the way into August. Let that sink in. In February, major studios are already locking in their summer faces. It’s relentless. The machine doesn’t pause. If Michelle’s backlog ends in May, that leaves a noticeable gap.
Which raises a difficult possibility. If she sensed fewer bookings, fewer calls, fewer chances to prove herself, that could do something to a performer’s confidence.
Imagine watching a wave of fresh debuts being announced while you see your own opportunities being cut down.
Wouldn’t that make anyone question their “room for growth”?
Of course, this is speculation. She was clear that the agency and studios weren’t to blame. But the JAV industry itself? That’s another story. It thrives on newness. On turnover. On constant comparison.
And maybe Michelle just didn’t feel like that was an ideal playground anymore.
What lingers for me isn’t disappointment, it’s her self-awareness. She didn’t sugarcoat it. She didn’t pretend. Michelle simply decided to exit on her own terms, before doubt became desperation.
For now, we have three more months of her work to look forward to.
Post that, she’s likely gone for good.
So if you’ve been meaning to check out Michelle Amane’s JAVs for a while, go double down on grabbing her titles before she bows out of the JAV industry, ultimately.
