You spent between $2400USD and $16,000USD at R18 if my calculations are correct. I agree this is not the way to go around it. I also believe given the time-frame and that the company itself is certainly not going out of business, there is a decent chance they will find a way for users to continue to access their content.

I think the best way to make this a known issue is to let Japanese media know that such a large company is depriving people of their bought content over many years with such short notice.
