I think we're getting wires crossed; this is just about her suing a studio for leaks. It is not related to any potential threats. She surely can mention anyone she wants by name, but even Japan is innocent until proven guilty and defamation laws are quite strict there.

I don't believe Kaho was behind the law though I will admit there seems to be more former JAV stars than I'd like to see who seem to be in support of the law. However, said former performers once hearing their reasons why they support the law seem to actually have no idea what the law is about. I also don't believe the lawsuit will have any negative effect on Kaho's career; even a positive one (whether or not she wins or loses) is debatable. Most likely her going into this is an example of the famous phrase: "There's no such thing as bad publicity".

Also take note that while she had a big press conference, she is wise in not mentioning the studio nor other defendants by name. Doing so could potentially open her a defamation counter-suit.

I assume you mean AiU and as noted below, she delisted. Her coming back would be like Benedict Arnold trying to rejoin the US side of the big war. Possibly a tiny maker would theoretically take her up, but they'd be a pariah. AiU theoretically making any type of comeback (as near impossible as it would be) would probably require her from enlisting non-industry help.
