Maria was nice but was only just starting to hit her stride. Like absolutely I'm with you, I liked her, but it wasn't quite the travesty Konan was. Konan was genuinely really great and was easily my favourite on S1's roster. Genuinely all around great, nice juicy body, big tits, fairly pretty, and a surprisingly good performer for S1 standards. Real shame too because Konan's retirement felt abrupt, like some stuff happened and she just decided screw it all and left.

It's interesting that Maria's performing is lacking to you because she has a very bold personality on social media.

I agree that the dialogue is often not that important. There are certainly some videos where it is, and it can often help either way, but it's also very mundane half the time. I still remember the first time I understood a conversation, Nanami Matsumoto was on the phone with her husband while cheating on him mentioning she went shopping and I think said she'd grab something from the konbini on her way back. I will say, you can get a lot of mileage with understanding a handful of words. More than just kimochii, but I found knowing a little bit more has been nice.

I am all the way with you on Rei. She's become a wonderful performer and, as you pointed out, is extremely passionate. That video is an excellent example of her passionate side as well. Is it top of the year quality? Remains to be seen. But it's definitely worth the watch if those clips excite you even a little.
